Kirill Dmitriev, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Putin’s special representative for economic cooperation with foreign states, has activated BEAST MODE. You already know about how Kirill DENOUNCED the worldwide rollout of mandatory digital IDs. Well, buckle up, because this Kremlin White Hat has just done something 10,000x more anti-globalist.

Dmitriev recently gave a TED Talk (or something) in which he EXPOSED the Big Pharma mRNA agenda—a campaign of medical murder that the Kremlin has been fighting tooth and nail to stop:

Let’s begin.

Dmitriev: “We launched Sputnik V vaccine, which was very much a natural vaccine.”

Sputnik V is based on a patent for a “genetic vaccine”.

According to Sputnik V’s official website, the vaccine utilizes an all-natural “vector-based” technology: “The gene from adenovirus, which causes the infection, is removed while a gene with the code of a protein from another virus spike is inserted.”

Alexander Gintsburg, the alleged mastermind behind Russia’s “natural” vaccine, has publicly acknowledged that “the two technologies that underpin AstraZeneca’s vaccine and Sputnik V are very similar.”

If you are familiar with AstraZeneca’s vaccine, you know that it is an all-natural herbal remedy that inexplicably causes blood clots.

Let’s continue.

Dmitriev: “So [Sputnik V] was based on human adenovirus. [Adenovirus] is a virus that humans lived with for 30,000 years. So, you can say it’s been tested for 30,000 years.”

Sputnik V was granted emergency use authorization in Russia after a two-month trial involving 76 individuals. Not exactly 30,000 years—but close?

As a testament to Sputnik V’s 30,000-year history of time-tested excellence, the final results of the vaccine’s Phase III trials were designated a “commercial secret” and withheld from the public.

The Gamaleya Center, which developed Sputnik V, claimed it was able to create this miracle vaccine in a mere 14 days. Gamaleya was able to achieve this incredible feat by basing Sputnik V on a genetic MERS vaccine that never finished clinical trials and was never used.

The expedited development of Sputnik V was so unprecedented that the head of the Russian Health Ministry’s ethics board, Alexander Chuchalin, resigned his post a day before the vaccine was approved.

In September 2021, Russian medical professionals held a conference to share their experiences with the country’s aggressive (and often coercive) campaign to inject the population with Sputnik V (two other Russian-made vaccines were used, but in negligible quantities). Here is one testimony from Russian doctor Sofya Naumenko:

I have been working as a general practitioner for more than 15 years, and I have never seen such a number of patients after vaccination.

We have always had vaccines, but complications were rare. Now I receive patients with complications on a daily basis. They are divided into two types: urgent and delayed complications. It can be both the most difficult conditions, and those that many do not immediately pay attention to. […]

Even if people think they tolerated the vaccine well, there is no guarantee that they won’t experience the same problems two months later. The main problems include damage to the nervous tissue and blood clotting. It turns out that we are already treating people for vaccination, not for the disease. The current situation is extremely dangerous.

Russia does not maintain a publicly accessible VAERS-like database for reporting post-vaccination complications, and the Russian government has shut down grassroots efforts to collect data on suspected side effects.

Despite government attempts to shield Sputnik V from scrutiny, Russian media has documented cases where Russians—even very young Russians—have “died suddenly” after being vaccinated.

In February 2024, a patient advocacy group in Russia declared Sputnik V an unlawful medical experiment.

Dmitriev: “Now, the alternative [to Sputnik V] was newly developed mRNA technology. And by the way, it’s a great technology, and we have cancer vaccine based on mRNA technology, but its consequences have not been studied mid-term or long-term.”

September 28, 2022:

The Gamaleya Center has begun to develop an mRNA vaccine against coronavirus, [according to deputy director Denis Logunov].

“mRNA vaccines have a very important advantage: they can be administered at least every month, even every day,” [Logunov said].

Logunov said that mRNA vaccines such as Pfizer or Moderna provide immunity after three to four vaccinations.

November 29, 2023:

Scientists from the Gamaleya Center expect to use their mRNA-platform to develop vaccines against the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

The first industrial production of components necessary for the creation of mRNA vaccines against viral infections, bacterial infections, and cancer in Russia was launched by two firms, Biosan and Biolabimx, in Novosibirsk.

April 24, 2024:

Scientists in St. Petersburg are developing an experimental mRNA platform to create vaccines and drugs that will help in the treatment and prevention of serious diseases. […]

[Researchers from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University] said mRNA is the most versatile platform for creating drugs quickly… The creation of the platform, among other things, will allow a new approach in the fight against infections: HIV, hepatitis C, respiratory viruses, and others.

May 15, 2024:

The creation of mRNA vaccine production on the territory of the Russian Federation to combat cancer and viral diseases will be one of the most important tasks in the next two years. This opinion was expressed to journalists by deputy director of the Gamaleya Center, Denis Logunov.

“Despite the criticism that is heard about the mRNA vaccine, it is still the future, and not far off. [mRNA] is already used in the fight against COVID … [and soon it will be used] in the fight against cancer or with viral and chronic diseases … In the next couple of years, I believe that one of the most important tasks is to create the production of [mRNA vaccines] in the territory of the Russian Federation for laboratory technologies,” Logunov said.

On November 24, 2024, Veronika Skvortsova, head of Russia’s Federal Medical-Biological Agency (FMBA), told Putin that her agency had developed a “unique platform for the creation of mRNA vaccines”.

She reassured Putin that unlike the technology championed by Moderna and Pfizer, her mRNA platform used “special biotechnological techniques” to “nullify” all possible side effects.

Skvortsova, who previously served as Russia’s health minister, was a member of the Bill Gates-funded Global Preparedness Monitoring Board, a “a high-level platform” to help the world prepare for “disease outbreaks”.

Former members of this prestigious committee include America’s most trusted doctor, Anthony Fauci.

July 7, 2025:

A new, effective way to produce an enzyme to create mRNA vaccines that were used to combat COVID-19 was developed in Novosibirsk. This is reported by the official publication, “Science in Siberia”.

mRNA-based vaccines are a flexible tool in the fight against viruses and bacteria (for example, COVID-19), and they are also considered a means of therapy for cancer, allergies, and other diseases. The advantages of mRNA vaccines are the speed and simplicity of their development compared to classical approaches.

August 12, 2025:

The use of mRNA technologies as the basis of the new Russian vaccine for tick-borne encephalitis will make the drug more effective and cheaper, and will also allow you to forego revaccination for three years.

Why is Russia developing mRNA vaccines without first studying the mid-term or long-term consequences of this technology? Curious minds want to know.

Let’s return to Dmitriev…

Dmitriev: “And we warned, guys, [mRNA] is a new technology, maybe you have to be a bit careful? No. Two billion, three billion people were injected with mRNA technology, not studied before. And now some people are finding out some of the consequences of this decision…”

What “warning” is Dmitriev referring to?

In December 2020, CNN’s Richard Quest asked Dmitriev if he felt “comfortable” with Pfizer and Moderna’s mRNA shots.

“Of course, we believe all of those vaccines can be very successful,” Dmitriev replied.

Dmitriev has always insisted that Sputnik V’s AstraZeneca-inspired genetic formula is superior to mRNA vaccines, but it might be a stretch to claim he actively campaigned against Pfizer and Moderna’s shots.

On the contrary, Dmitriev advocated for combining Sputnik V with mRNA injections to create super-safe-and-effective vaccine “cocktails” that would guarantee super-duper immunity.

The creators of the Sputnik V vaccine are conducting joint research with Pfizer in two countries, Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), told reporters on Wednesday.

“We already have a joint study with Moderna in Argentina, where they are currently exploring the combination of Sputnik and Moderna. There are also two other countries that are currently conducting research on the Pfizer and Sputnik combinations, and we believe that this will be a very successful combination,” he said.

The head of RDIF stressed that the combination of Sputnik vaccines with other vaccines will be an effective way to cope not only with the delta strain, but also with future mutations of the coronavirus.

Dmitriev wasn’t the only important Russian person to advocate for mRNA-vaxxing everyone (including Russians). TASS reported on November 19, 2021:

“My opinion is that the more vaccines, the better,” [Dmitry Shchebylyakov, who helped develop Sputnik V], said, answering the question of whether it was worth allowing Russians to be vaccinated with foreign drugs.

Shcheblyakov pointed out that the Gamaleya Center, with the support of [Kirill Dmitriev’s] Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), has already conducted research into vaccine combinations, for example, with the British drug AstraZeneca, Chinese Sinovac, and Pfizer. “We see that the combination of different vaccines made by different technologies has only advantages,” he said.

And so on.

Dmitriev: “So, the lesson here is, let’s really think about facts. Sometimes Russia says things that make sense, and its opinions cannot be ignored.”

Today marks the fourth birthday of Sputnik V, the “world’s first registered COVID vaccine”.

In celebration of this momentous anniversary, your correspondent spoke with Susan the cat about Russia’s safe and effective contribution to global health.

Susan: When Putin unveiled Sputnik V to the world four years ago, he claimed that the vaccine “worked quite effectively” and had “passed all the necessary tests.” I am a cat and therefore curious by nature, so I would like to know: What kind of tests are we talking about here?

Edward: The drug that later became Sputnik V was granted emergency use authorization in Russia after a two-month trial involving 76 individuals.

Susan: How can a vaccine “pass all the necessary tests” in two months?

Edward: Good question, Susan. It can’t. It would be physically impossible for a vaccine to do that, actually.

Phase I trials typically last for two years. Then there’s another 5-10 years of testing before a vaccine can even be considered for public use.

The warp-speed development of Sputnik V was so unprecedented that the head of the Russian Health Ministry’s ethics board, Alexander Chuchalin, resigned his post a day before the vaccine was approved.

“It is impossible to guarantee sustainable safety by reducing the testing period to 4-6 weeks,” Chuchalin told the media shortly before stepping down.

Later in a November 2020 interview, Chuchalin described Sputnik V’s “deep ethical issues” as a matter of “understanding where is good and where is evil”.

Susan: How did the Russian government justify reducing a ten-year process to two months?

Edward: They claimed that the platform used to develop Sputnik V had already been proven safe and effective. It hadn’t. But whatever.

During an April 20, 2020 videoconference with Putin, Gamaleya Center director Alexander Gintsburg promised Russia’s president that his institute could use a preexisting genetic template to create a COVID vaccine “in a very limited time frame, within a few months.”

Gintsburg explained that in 2015, the Gamaleya Center had created a “technological platform” that used “virus-like particles” to deliver genetic material to cells. The same technology could be used to develop a COVID vaccine, he assured Putin.

Gintsburg stressed that the platform was safe and effective, as evidenced by Gamaleya’s Ebola vaccine, which was registered in Russia and subjected to “extensive” testing in Guinea. He noted that the vaccine template was later modified to develop a serum against Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS).

What Gintsburg didn’t mention was that up to that point, Gamaleya’s “technological platform” had yet to produce a single drug approved for use outside of Russia. In fact, the institute’s “proven” genetic platform had barely been tested.

Gamaleya’s Ebola vaccine was administered to 2,000 people in Guinea a year after the African nation was declared Ebola-free in June 2016. The experimental vaccine was not approved for use in Guinea when hemorrhagic fever returned to the country in February 2021.

As for Gamaleya’s MERS vaccine: It’s been indefinitely shelved without completing clinical trials. The vaccine was administered to 268 people as part of combined Phase I-II studies. It is currently approved for use in zero countries. It is not even registered in Russia.

Using this completely unproven platform, the Gamaleya Center claimed it was able to create Sputnik V in a mere 14 days.

Fourteen days, Susan. Fourteen. The deputy director of the Gamaleya Center boasted that they “literally copy-pasted” their barely tested MERS vaccine to create Sputnik V.

Susan: Yeah, that’s pretty bad. I guess the silver lining is that Russia wasn’t subjected to the West’s Big Pharma clot-shots?

Edward: According to Gintsburg, Sputnik V is “very similar” to the genetic goo developed by Oxford University and AstraZeneca.

This might not be a coincidence. Moscow partnered with AstraZeneca to produce COVID vaccines and create vaccine “cocktails”—a relationship that lasted until autumn 2022, when Russian pharma firm R-Pharm, citing lack of demand, suspended domestic production of AstraZeneca’s clot-shot for export.

Susan: Sorry, what?

Edward: Yup.

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Russia’s sovereign wealth fund and the main financer of Sputnik V, teamed up with R-Pharm in June 2020 to manufacture the Gamaleya Center’s vaccine. A month later, R-Pharm signed a deal to produce AstraZeneca’s shot in Russia.

A statement released by AstraZeneca on July 17, 2020 explained:

In accordance with the agreement, R-Pharm will use technological capabilities to implement the project. The cell line and adenoviral vector have been transferred to Russia, and it is planned to produce the antigen and release the finished dosage form here.

At the same time, Russia will be one of the hubs for the production and supply of the vaccine to international markets. It is expected that exports will be organized to more than 30 countries around the world, including the Middle East, the Balkan region and the CIS countries.

AstraZeneca is confident that together with R-Pharm it will be able to provide the vaccine to millions of people in the most effective way.

In other words: As early as July 2020, AstraZeneca had transferred technology to Russia for the manufacture and export of its genetic shot.

Then in December 2020, the Gamaleya Center, AstraZeneca, RDIF and R-Pharm signed an agreement on the creation of a Sputnik V-AstraZeneca vaccine hybrid.

Putin praised the cooperation agreement as a “compelling example of combining research forces, technologies and investment in order to achieve a common goal, which is to protect the lives, health and safety of millions of people on the planet.”

Russia’s president added that the partnership between Gamaleya, RDIF, R-Pharm, and AstraZeneca served as a shining example of “what the G20 recommended and what the United Nations have repeatedly called for when addressing experts around the world. I am talking about joining efforts.”

The partnership included joint trials for an AstraZeneca-Sputnik V combo-shot. As Gintsburg explained, the tests would “not require any big investment and long time simply because the two technologies that underpin AstraZeneca’s vaccine and Sputnik V are very similar.”

He added that the end goal would be the registration of a Sputnik V-AstraZeneca hybrid in Russia.

Susan:

Edward: I know, right?

It’s rather difficult to believe that Sputnik V was created as a safe alternative to Western big pharma clot-shots when Russia partnered with Western big pharma with the intention of manufacturing Western big pharma clot-shots, both for export and for use inside Russia.

By the way: The Russian government continued to express solidarity with its British-Swedish big pharma friend even as nations around the world suspended use of AstraZeneca’s blood clot-causing vaccine.

Susan: The article you just cited says that RDIF CEO Kirill Dmitriev praised Russia’s partnership with AstraZeneca while speaking at a World Economic Forum webinar…

Edward: Oh yeah I forgot to mention: Dmitriev attended Stanford and Harvard Business School before working at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company.

Anyway. As late as September 2022, R-Pharm was reportedly still manufacturing AstraZeneca goo and shipping it to Russia’s allies in the Global South.

Because that’s what friends are for.

There was something else I wanted to tell you…

Susan: Please don’t tell me that Schwab rent-boy Herman Gref was also involved in Sputnik V’s development.

Edward: Schwab rent-boy Herman Gref was also involved in Sputnik V’s development.

Sberbank was “involved in the work to create” Sputnik V and helped “ensure the transfer of technologies to production sites”, Gref revealed to Russian outlet RBC in April 2021.

In May 2020, Sberbank created a subsidiary, Immunotekhnologii LCC, to provide logistics and support for COVID vaccine production in Russia. Until March 2021, the Sber-owned company was the sole supplier of Sputnik V to Russia’s regions.

The Sberbank CEO was so confident in Sputnik V’s safety and efficacy that he volunteered to get injected with the drug in April 2020, four months before the vaccine was approved for emergency use in Russia.

“Yes, I got vaccinated with Sputnik V in April [2020]. There were no other options then. We were tasked with project support for the production of the vaccine, the transfer of technology from the science sector to industry. When I saw that Academician Gintsburg and his team from the Gamaleya Center got vaccinated, taking responsibility upon themselves, I decided to join them,” Gref explained in an interview with TASS.

I’m not exactly sure why the CEO of Russia’s largest bank was so intimately involved in the genesis of Sputnik V, but I’m sure there’s a perfectly good and harmless reason.

Sberbank cares so much about public health that it even ran an ad telling Russians that they needed to get injected before they could go outside or remove their face diapers. I have provided English subtitles for those who don’t speak Russian/cat:

Susan: Let’s change the subject before I vomit a fur ball. What about Sputnik’s safety data?

Edward: There is no publicly available data on post-vaccination complications in Russia. Accredited medical organizations and professionals can report suspected adverse events to Roszdravnadzor’s Pharmacovigilance 2.0 database. However, information submitted to the registry is not available to the public and Russia’s Ministry of Heath has stonewalled attempts by lawmakers to obtain safety and efficacy data.

The final results of Sputnik V’s Phase III trials were designated a “commercial secret” and withheld from the public.

In October 2023, the State Duma Committee on Health Protection rejected a bill that would have required drug developers to release the final results of their clinical trials.

“The fact is that nothing is registered in Russia at all. Therefore, it is very difficult to understand how many serious complications there are. There are many cases, and we can say that they are related to the vaccine. There is a lot to say. Or you can stick your head in the sand and say that there is nothing at all,” Pavel Vorobyov, Chairman of the Moscow Scientific Society of Physicians, said in September 2021.

A month later, Russian doctors and medical professionals gathered in St. Petersburg to compare notes about what they were seeing in connection to the country’s mass vaccination campaign. Susan, I very strongly urge you to read Katyusha.org’s report about what was said at this conference. It’s a real eye-opener:

(In order to silence medical workers, the government later threatened fines and prison time for anyone suspected of discrediting the country’s safe and effective COVID vaccine.)

Despite a coordinated campaign to censor “anti-vax” doctors, reports surfaced in Russian media about post-vaccination complications—including vax-linked deaths.

After reviewing Sputnik V’s safety record in countries that report adverse reactions, Russian outlet Krasnaya Vesna determined in December 2021 that “in terms of the frequency of expected mild and severe (requiring hospitalization) side effects, [Sputnik V] is comparable to foreign counterparts.”

For example, post-vaccination data collected by Argentina’s Ministry of Health suggests that Sputnik V is comparable to AstraZeneca in terms of safety:

In April 2023, Russia’s Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor) acknowledged that COVID vaccines were responsible for a “significant proportion” of adverse drug reactions in the country. The agency did not disclose which vaccine(s) were linked to these reports.

Responding to Roszdravnadzor’s statement, Moscow City Duma Deputy Ekaterina Engalycheva (KPRF) compared Sputnik V with AstraZeneca’s shot and asked (rhetorically) if anyone would be held responsible for the “unnecessary deaths and disabilities” caused by Russia’s “flagship” genetic injection:

Of course, there are side effects from Sputnik. I listed them from the appeals I received in the very first months of the vaccination campaign and sounded the alarm!

In my opinion, these side effects are the same as from other similar COVID vaccines, in particular from AstraZeneca, with which Sputnik is almost identical, and made according to the same principle, as [Gamaleya Center Director Alexander] Gintsburg himself spoke about (you can listen to what he said at the end of this video)!

And when today federal channels are finally filming reports on record-breaking mortality in Europe and the USA from Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca, I personally am very happy … but I also understand why our mortality rate is growing, why do we have a demographic hole exactly one year after the start of this vaccination ...

I am very glad that Roszdravnadzor officially admits that there are side effects and unwanted reactions from this “best in the world” vaccine.

[But] who will be responsible for the unnecessary deaths, for the disabilities, for the fact that previously healthy people are getting sick?

The lawmaker added that it was time for the Russian government to halt the use of “experimental liquids” that were still being “forced” on state employees.

More recently, in February of this year, the head of Russia’s League of Patients, Alexander Saversky, claimed that Sputnik V was a “crime” against the Russian people.

Saversky, who serves on the Health Ministry’s Ethics Committee for Clinical Approbation, revealed that his organization had collected more than 1,000 reports of deaths linked to “anti-COVID” measures, as well as statements from Russians who developed serious complications after being vaccinated.

“[T]he effectiveness and safety [of Sputnik V] have not been proven, and this represents a formal crime. It is not even necessary to prove any connection with deaths, because it is almost impossible to prove—we don’t know how these vaccines work, since clinical studies have not been completed,” Saversky noted.

Susan:

Edward: Yes, I agree. Well said, Susan.

Also, the Gamaleya Center resembles a place where methamphetamine is consumed in large quantities. This has been well-documented.

A schoolgirl who identified herself as “Daria” asked Russia’s friendliest scientist the following question:

TASS child slave: And now a question about the vaccine. What are your thoughts on anti-vaxxers?

Alexander Gintsburg: I think they are unfortunate people. On the one hand, if they are aggressive anti-vaxxers, who push their opinions on the people around them, then this goes beyond all scientific conversations. This becomes a function of the state, and, I believe, law enforcement authorities, because in doing so they bring terrible harm to the health of those around them, children as well.

Well, there you have it.

If you don’t like being injected with a barely tested genetic goo that was developed in close cooperation with AstraZeneca, that’s perfectly fine with Gintsburg so long as you get injected anyway and keep your inappropriate opinions to yourself.

But when you start pushing your vile anti-health hate speech on others, the authorities might have to get involved. Because refusing the clot-shot is murder. Child murder, actually.

If you want to prevent the mass extinction of children in Russia, all Russian youngsters need to be injected with Alexander Gintsburg’s safe and effective genetic slurry. Again, this is basic science that has been definitively proven by Sputnik V’s trial data, which is a confidential trade secret that has yet to be released to the public.

It’s really great that even in 2024, Russian state media is still drooling over Alexander Gintsburg, a beloved man of science who received one of the country’s highest civilian honors just hours after calling for open discrimination against the filthy Uninjected.

It’s also reassuring that the Ministry of Education is pouring rubles into programming young Russians to view “anti-vaxxers” as dangerous criminals.

Whoever controls education controls the future. And let’s just say that the future looks a bit “precarious”.

Sputnik V and other Covid vaccines have not undergone the necessary testing and their continued use in Russia is a “crime”, the head of Russia’s League of Patients, Alexander Saversky, said in a February 15 interview with healthcare news portal medzdrav.info.

Saversky, who serves on the Health Ministry’s Ethics Committee for Clinical Approbation and is regularly cited by Russian media, revealed that his organization has collected more than 1,000 reports of deaths linked to “anti-Covid” measures, as well as statements from Russians who developed serious complications after being vaccinated.

“[T]he effectiveness and safety [of Sputnik V] have not been proven, and this represents a formal crime. It is not even necessary to prove any connection with deaths, because it is almost impossible to prove—we don’t know how these vaccines work, since clinical studies have not been completed,” Saversky said.

He told medzdrav.info that despite these red flags, no one will be held responsible for pushing drugs on the population that have not been fully tested.

The science behind Russia’s flagship Covid vaccine is shrouded in secrecy. In January 2022, Russia’s Healthy Ministry refused to disclose the results of Sputnik V’s clinical studies, claiming that the vaccine’s safety and efficacy data were “confidential and contained information constituting a trade secret.”

The Russian government does not maintain a publicly accessible database for documenting post-vaccination complications. Testimonials from doctors and medical professionals, as well as grassroots campaigns to track vaccine-linked injures and deaths, suggest that Sputnik V is comparable to its foreign counterparts in terms of safety. The genetic technologies behind Sputnik V and Western big pharma shots are also similar.

“The two technologies that underpin AstraZeneca’s vaccine and Sputnik V are very similar,” Gamaleya Center director Alexander Gintsburg said in December 2020.

Cooperation between the Russian government and AstraZeneca began shortly after Moscow announced its intention to create a Covid vaccine. Almost a full month before Sputnik V was unveiled to the world, AstraZeneca transferred its “adenoviral vector” to Russian pharma firm R-Pharm as part of a deal to make Russia “one of the hubs for the production and supply of [AstraZeneca’s] vaccine to international markets.”

On December 21, 2020, President Vladimir Putin said Russia’s partnership with AstraZeneca would “protect the life, health and safety of millions of people on the planet as a whole.”

The rapid development and distribution of genetic vaccines plays a central role in Russia’s Sanitary Shield, a program designed to ensure the country’s “biological safety”.

In May 2023, the deputy director of the Gamaleya Center, Denis Logunov, said his institute was creating mRNA “canned food” for future vaccines.

“[W]e need to continue to create vaccines. This is where an mRNA vaccine platform can help—you can immunize a patient often, a lot, and for a long time … This is where this technology can shine,” Logunov said in an interview with TASS.

Logunov’s boss said at the end of January that Russia needed to develop genetic vaccine prototypes in anticipation of “Disease X”.

Sputnik V no longer protects against COVID-19 and will have to be replaced with an “updated” vaccine, according to Gamaleya Center director Alexander Gintsburg.

The mastermind behind Russia’s flagship shot claimed in a recent interview that Sputnik V had been effective against COVID-19 “from August 2020 until somewhere around July 2022,” but that the experimental genetic drug—developed in cooperation with AstraZeneca—was no match for newer “variants”.

“Starting from mid-summer 2022, when Omicron 1, 2 and 3 variants appeared, Sputnik V’s efficacy dropped eight times. When Omicron 4 and 5 appeared, efficiency dropped by a factor of 20. And when the XBB.1.5 version of Omicron (Kraken) appeared—this was in January 2023—Sputnik V simply stopped protecting completely,” Gintsburg told Gazeta.ru.

Gintsburg boasted in April 2021 that Sputnik V could potentially provide “indefinite” protection against COVID-19. A month later, Gamaleya’s director adjusted his assessment, predicting the vaccine would be effective for 2 years.

In April 2022, Gintsburg instructed Russians to get revaccinated every six months.

With Sputnik V now officially obsolete, Gintsburg and his team are preparing to release an updated version of the genetic shot. Clinical trials are scheduled to end in December and the new vaccine could enter circulation as soon as March.

Under new rules adopted last year by the Russian Ministry of Health, modifications to Sputnik V can receive authorization after being tested on “50 healthy volunteers”. The approval process takes between 16-38 days.

The results of these expedited trials will not be made available to Russians. Earlier this month, the State Duma Committee on Health Protection rejected a bill that would have required drug developers to release the final results of their clinical trials.

Russia’s Ministry of Health declared last year that the results of Sputnik V’s Phase III trials were a confidential “trade secret”.

The Health Ministry announced in July that it wanted to amend the National Preventive Immunization Calendar to make COVID vaccination mandatory for “vulnerable categories of citizens” depending on the “epidemiological” situation in the country. The rule would also apply to state employees.

The Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum, held in St. Petersburg at the end of July, was by all accounts a smashing success.

The biggest names in Africa-related economics and humanitarianism were there, including Russia’s leading philanthropist:

(How is it that Mr. Prigozhin is mingling with Africans at a swanky hotel in St. Petersburg, while Igor Strelkov—who denounced Prigozhin as a traitor, and described Wagner’s “March on Moscow” as an act of treason—is sitting in pre-trial detention in Moscow?)

But the 2023 Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum was not just an opportunity for warlords to exchange tips and tricks.

Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko and Gamaleya Center Director Alexander Gintsburg were at the conference to take advantage of the free snacks and open bar, and also to champion closer clot-shot ties between Moscow and Africa.

The deployment of “new vaccines” was one of many “promising areas for cooperation”, Russia’s health minister explained to the conferencegoers:

Another promising area is the supply of vaccines. This is the already proven yellow fever vaccine, the Ebola vaccine produced by our Gamaleya Center [which was barely tested and not even remotely proven — Edward], which also developed the Sputnik vaccine [whose clinical trial results were declared a “trade secret” and withheld from the public— Edward]. The Sputnik vaccine itself was supplied to more than 70 countries [Approved by. Usage varied wildly — Edward], and according to the responses of the Ministries of Health, it proved to be the most effective vaccine that protects against deaths and the spread of infection,” [Source: Mikhail Murashko’s pea-sized noodle — Edward] said the Head of the Russian Ministry of Health.

If Sputnik V is the safest and most effective clot-shot ever invented to prevent the spread of positive PCR tests, why on earth did the Russian government team up with AstraZeneca to create COVID vaccine “cocktails”, and why did Gamaleya announce last year that it was developing an mRNA COVID injection? Why would you need to make another COVID “vaccine”, if Sputnik V is already rainbows and unicorns in a vial?

But one must admire Murashko’s hutzpah: Sputnik V deliveries to Africa have been mired by allegations of brazen corruption and various scams.

(In Ghana, the government tore up a contract to procure Sputnik V through a middleman who was reportedly charging $19 per dose, which is almost double the normal price. Kenya experienced similar issues with Sputnik V doses being provided through the “private sector”. The Russian Direct Investment Fund allegedly gave an Emirati royal exclusive rights to resell Sputnik V to third world countries at a huge premium.)

Murashko had even more good news for Africa: The Gamaleya Center cooked up an updated Sputnik V slurry (Sputnik VI?), and this magical elixir is purportedly being tested as I type these words.

So the clinical trial results for the original Sputnik V have been withheld (probably forever), but Russia’s Health Ministry is still marching forward with a new study for a new and improved Sputnik V? Yes, this is the Scientific Method.

Order of Alexander Nevsky recipient Alexander Gintsburg had similarly exciting vax developments to share with TASS on the sidelines of the Africa forum: Sputnik V is going full-nasal because The Virus could return at any moment! Baby nostrils get first priority, obviously:

“The intranasal vaccine [against coronavirus infection] <...> must be adopted <...> by all age groups, but we should begin with the youngest age group, for which there is no vaccine at all. For [children ages] 0-6 there is no vaccine against COVID. As we understand, at any moment [it] may be needed—no one knows how the evolution of [the virus] will go. Therefore, this vaccine is needed,” Gintsburg said, answering a question from TASS.

Speaking earlier at the summit, Gintsburg said that Gamaleya scientists are ready to develop an intranasal COVID vaccine for children under the age of six.

“Why intranasal for this younger group? Because this intranasal, on the one hand, does not have any ‘side effects’, as we saw in the ‘older’ groups. On the other hand, for children and especially for their parents, intranasal administration is different psychologically than an injection—although the effectiveness is the same,” he explained in an interview with reporters.

For any semi-sane government, the Pandemic should have been a “teachable moment”, and arguably the most important lesson gleaned from this globally coordinated war on public health would be: “We should probably stop with those genetic injections, shouldn’t we?”

Unfortunately there is growing evidence that the Russian government concluded the exact opposite.

Russia’s vax evangelists want a “mRNA vaccine platform” so they can “immunize a patient often, a lot, and for a long time.” We’ll return to this comment in a moment, but first some background.

The Gamaleya Center—the alleged mastermind behind Sputnik V—announced last week that it would begin Phase I trials for FiloPan, a new Ebola “vaccine”.

“The FiloPan vaccine uses a defective adenovirus. It is safe for humans, as it is not able to multiply in the body. It inserts a gene that codes for the Ebola protein, or Marburg. Here, the same principle is applied that was used for vaccination against COVID-19,” Anatoly Altshtein, professor at the Gamaleya Center, told Izvestia.

Now I will explain why this is deeply problematic.

First, the image that Izvestia used does not show FiloPan. It is a photograph of GamEvac and GamEvac-Combi, the Ebola vaccines that were developed almost a decade ago, and purportedly served as the “safe and effective genetic platform” that allowed for the turbo-charged creation of Sputnik V.

Sputnik V’s “proven formula based on an approved Ebola shot” has been a central talking point employed by both Gamaleya and the drug’s main financer, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).

RDIF CEO and WEF Young Global Leader Kirill Dmitriev told CNN in August 2020: “We chose the safest approach, it has been extensively tested not only now, but also in the Ebola vaccine that has been approved earlier.”

A month later, Kirill wrote in an op-ed for RT.com: “Russia has benefitted from modifying for COVID-19 an existing two-vector vaccine platform developed in 2015 for Ebola fever, which went through all phases of clinical trials and was used to help defeat the Ebola epidemic in Africa in 2017.”

Both of these statements are hilarious lies, which this blog already meticulously debunked. (Guinea was declared Ebola-free in June 2016 and remained that way for nearly five years. Contrary to Dmitriev’s insane outbursts, there was no Ebola epidemic in need of “defeating” when Gamaleya’s scientists arrived in Guinea in 2017 to begin small-scale tests of their experimental shot, which was tested on about 2,000 Guineans, and only received emergency use authorization in Russia, where there is obviously lots and lots of Ebola.)

TASS, citing Gamaleya director Alexander Gintsburg, reported in December 2020 that “the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine, based on the same platform used to develop the Ebola drug, is likely to be able to protect the body for two years.” (Gintsburg quickly changed his tune, explaining that Russians would need “infinite” biannual booster shots to protect themselves from the Virus.)

Of course, we have to ask: If Russia’s original Ebola injection was so amazing, and if it really was a “proven” platform that gave birth to Sputnik V, why would you need to create a new Ebola vaccine? WHY?

Furthermore, why did Mr. Altshtein fail to mention that Sputnik V was allegedly based on a pre-existing Ebola vaccine, and not the other way around?

Even more curious is that Gamaleya actually received approval to begin tests on its “new” Ebola vaccine in October 2022, but is only now injecting FiloPan into 64 adult volunteers.

Russia’s Clinical Trial Authorization Registry (RCT) shows that Phase I trials for FiloPan started on October 10, 2022, and are slated to end on December 30, 2023. And now they’re beginning the trial in … July 2023? A bit odd.

I suspect we’ll be seeing more of this oddness in the very near future.

In a May interview with TASS (that I missed, but discovered while researching this blog post), the deputy director of Gamaleya, Denis Logunov, claimed that FiloPan was developed back in 2017, during Phase I trials for GamEvac-Combi, and was apparently just sitting on a shelf somewhere. Sure, why not?

The whole interview is a real eye-opener, but here are my favorite parts:

TASS: Are African countries interested in these vaccine preparations now?

Logunov: Now we are on the way to creating the so-called canned food—the basis for future vaccines. There are especially dangerous pathogens that can pose a threat both in Africa and in the Russian Federation. We must have a set of vaccine preparations, not necessarily brought to mass production, but passed the first and second phases of clinical trials, which can be quickly translated into medical practice if necessary.

TASS: Do you think a vaccine [for HIV] can appear, given the variability of the virus?

Logunov: Of course, we are thinking about it. It is clear that in the last 40 years people have been struggling with the idea of ​​​​creating a vaccine, but so far it has not been very successful. In principle, there is a certain phenomenology that allows you to rely on it in attempts to create new versions of vaccine preparations. Therefore, we need to continue to create vaccines. This is where an mRNA vaccine platform can help—you can immunize a patient often, a lot, and for a long time, even with weak T-cell immunogens. This is where this technology can shine. 

To sum up: Russia’s most trusted public health experts want genetic “canned food” that can be spoon-fed to the proles when “dangerous pathogens” appear. And also, an mRNA platform can “help” protect public health, because one of the benefits of mRNA injections is that you can “immunize a patient, often, a lot, and for a long time.” This is where mRNA goo “shines”.

All of this is old news, of course, since Gamaleya announced almost a year ago that it was developing its own mRNA COVID shot (why even bother when you have millions of unused doses of a safe and effective AstraZeneca clone rotting in warehouses?).

Sorry for sounding like a worrywart, but it seems like the plan is to inject everyone, everywhere, forever. Trust the Science.

COVID-19 vaccines were responsible for a “significant proportion” of adverse drug reactions in Russia last year, according to the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor).

Approximately 60% of the 61,119 adverse events registered in 2022 were attributed to coronavirus vaccination. One third of vaccine-linked injuries were designated as “serious”, Roszdravnadzor disclosed in a 32-page report published earlier this month.

The agency did not provide further details.

Russia overwhelmingly uses Sputnik V for COVID vaccination. Production and distribution of two other domestic shots, EpiVacCorona and CoviVac, was halted in the first half of 2022 due to low demand.

Accredited medical organizations and professionals can report suspected adverse events to Roszdravnadzor’s Pharmacovigilance 2.0 database. However, information submitted to the registry is not available to the public, and Russia’s Ministry of Heath has stonewalled attempts by lawmakers to obtain safety and efficacy data.

Whistleblowers claim the vast majority of post-vaccination complications are never documented in Russia—similar to how only a fraction of cases in the United States are reported to VAERS.

“By verbal orders (an order that is given by telephone in conversation, and not on paper), the doctor is prohibited from writing down complications after experimental injections in the patient’s medical history or medical records,” Dr. Denis Ivanov, a member of Russia’s Doctors For Truth, said in a December 2021 interview with your correspondent.

Since the earliest days of Russia’s coercive mass vaccination campaign, the government has repeatedly vouched for Sputnik V’s squeaky-clean safety record.

Russian President Vladimir Putin boasted in June 2021 that “not a single serious case of complications” linked to COVID vaccination had been registered in the country.

Responding to the latest data from Roszdravnadzor, Moscow City Duma Deputy Ekaterina Engalycheva (KPRF) compared Sputnik V with AstraZeneca’s shot, and asked if anyone would be held responsible for the “unnecessary deaths and disabilities” caused by Russia’s “flagship” genetic injection:

Of course, there are side effects from Sputnik. I listed them from the appeals I received in the very first months of the vaccination campaign and sounded the alarm!

In my opinion, these side effects are the same as from other similar COVID vaccines, in particular from AstraZeneca, with which Sputnik is almost identical, and made according to the same principle, as [Gamaleya Center Director Alexander] Gintsburg himself spoke about (you can listen to what he said at the end of this video)!

And when today federal channels are finally filming reports on record-breaking mortality in Europe and the USA from Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca, I personally am very happy … but I also understand why our mortality rate is growing, why do we have a demographic hole exactly one year after the start of this vaccination ...

I am very glad that Roszdravnadzor officially admits that there are side effects and unwanted reactions from this “best in the world” vaccine.

[But] who will be responsible for the unnecessary deaths, for the disabilities, for the fact that previously healthy people are getting sick?

The lawmaker added that it was time for the Russian government to halt the use of “experimental liquids” that were still being “forced” on state employees.

An exciting announcement from Kirill Dmitriev, the CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), the main financer of Sputnik V:

Further mutations of COVID-19 could be more dangerous, Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), said in a documentary shown Saturday on Russia-24 TV channel.

“You know, many were relaxed by the fact that the first version of Omicron was rather weak, the current version of BA.5, it is certainly much more dangerous, it is actually in the middle between Delta and the first Omicron. Therefore, we hope, of course that further mutations will weaken the virus. But so far, the history of the spread of the virus has shown that this may not be the case. Therefore, we must be prepared for new, more dangerous mutations,” he said.

Dmitriev added that the Gamaleya Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology is ready to create, and RDIF is ready to produce and distribute, new versions of the Sputnik vaccine within two to three months after the appearance of new mutations.

As head of RDIF, Dmitriev partnered with several companies, including Russian firm R-Pharm and British-Swedish pharma giant AstraZeneca, to develop COVID medications and vaccines. In fact, the name “Sputnik V” was reportedly the brainchild of the World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (Class of 2009).

The Soros Foundation spotted Dmitriev’s potential at an early age and awarded him a scholarship to study in the United States (he attended Stanford University and Harvard Business School). He worked for Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company before taking the reins at RDIF in 2011.

In a December 2020 interview with CNN, Dmitriev said he believed all COVID vaccines—including mRNA shots—“can be very successful” and welcomed closer cooperation with Big Pharma. (Two Russian government-operated research centers announced in September 2022 that they were developing their own mRNA “vaccines.”)

“I think it's very important to partner. We are proud to have partnership with AstraZeneca. We are open for partnership with others,” he told CNN.

Dmitriev’s most recent comments coincide with the Russian Ministry of Health’s decision to allow for expedited approval of “modified” COVID vaccines.

Modifications to Sputnik V will only require clinical trials involving “50 healthy volunteers.” However, the protocols for preclinical trials are not subject to a review process. Final approval for the modified “vaccine” (which typically takes at least six months) has been expedited to 16-38 days:

Due to the rapid spread of new variants of coronavirus, one more change is needed in Decree No. 441 - to determine the procedure for changing the strain composition of vaccines for the prevention of COVID-19. All the world's leading regulators (FDA, EMA, WHO) have developed appropriate rules and recommendations for changing the strain composition of vaccines against COVID-19, [the Ministry of Health] wrote in an explanatory note.

Decree No. 441 introduces clause 17(1.1)-17(1.10), which describes the procedure for making changes to the registration dossier regarding the composition of strains. In particular, the results of preclinical studies of protective efficacy and safety, as well as the results of an assessment of the reactogenicity and immunogenicity of the vaccine involving at least 50 healthy volunteers, which can be obtained without approval of the protocol for clinical trials, will be needed.

After receiving a package of documents, it will take at least 16 days to approve changes to the registration file, the maximum period is 38 days (in case the applicant needs to clarify the information).

In August, Gamaleya director Alexander Gintsburg—Russia’s most celebrated Virus Fighter—revealed the creation of a new Sputnik V Omicron shot and requested an expedited approval process for his “updated” genetic experiment. It appears the Ministry of Health has granted his wish.

Curiously, the creation of Sputnik Omicron came at the same time that Moderna and Pfizer announced they had developed their own Omicron booster shots. Coincidence or fate?

Thomas Röper, curator of Anti-Spiegel, proclaimed last week that compulsory COVID vaccination in the Russian military is a “hoax.” We responded to this assertion here and here.

In the same article, Röper claimed there is “compulsory vaccination for [Russian] doctors working in hospitals so that they do not (or are less likely) to pass the disease on to patients who are already weak.”

He added at the end of his article:

This is a very puzzling thing for someone to type in October 2022.

Where to even begin?

Pavel Vorobyov, Chairman of the Moscow Scientific Society of Physicians, told an interviewer in September 2021:

The fact is that nothing is registered in Russia at all. Therefore, it is very difficult to understand how many serious complications there are.

There are many cases, and we can say that they are related to the vaccine. There is a lot to say. Or you can stick your head in the sand and say that there is nothing at all.

In the same month, Dr. Vitaly Zverev, a professor of virology and member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, found a close correlation between the increase in vaccination and the increase in morbidity and mortality from COVID-19 in Russia.

“Nobody knows about the long-term consequences [of the vaccines]. Therefore, it is impossible as of now to vaccinate three times with the vector adenovirus vaccine that is actively used in Russia [Sputnik V],” Zverev concluded.

In October 2021, Russian doctors and activists held a conference in St. Petersburg to discuss the “safety and efficacy” of Sputnik V and other Russian COVID shots.

Activist Denis Shulga told the gathering:

[T]he first reports of deaths from these experimental drugs, erroneously called vaccines, began to appear as early as the spring of 2021.

At the beginning, there were few of them, and citizens did not pay enough attention to them. Since June 2021, there have been more such reports, because officials began to actively force people to join the experiment.

Since September 2021, an average of at least a dozen new reports of citizens dying shortly after vaccination began to appear on the Internet every day. Social activists, independent researchers began to collect their own databases. Today, the “League of Patient Defenders”, “Parents of Moscow”, “Stopvaccism”, the Victims of Vaccinalism telegram channel, and individual bloggers are doing this.

Our Stovaccism project has a database of 430 such reports of deaths after the use of experimental drugs supposedly to prevent death and severe disease. These are all stories with specific names and documents. There are an order of magnitude more anonymous messages.

Dr. Nikolai Bocharov:

[T]he drugs that are used in Russia for vaccination against coronavirus do not provide immune protection against COVID-19 and do not stand up to scrutiny.

After the start of mass vaccination, mortality from COVID-19 began to grow. There is a medium to high correlation between the incidence of coronavirus and vaccination. The most obvious degree of correlation was in Israel and France, less significant - in Russia. The data showed a 16% increase in mortality from COVID-19 in the first three months since the start of mass vaccination in Russia. Now in our country this figure remains one of the highest in the world. All the data and graphs show that the mortality rate among the vaccinated is also increasing… It can be concluded that the developed drugs do not provide immune protection against the COVID-19 disease.

Dr. Sofya Naumenko:

I have been working as a general practitioner for more than 15 years, and I have never seen such a number of patients after vaccination.

We have always had vaccines, but complications were rare. Today I receive daily patients with complications. They are divided into two types: urgent and delayed complications. It can be both the most difficult conditions, and those that many do not immediately pay attention to. The huge polymorphism of symptoms is caused by the peculiarities of the virus itself and the vaccination.

Worst of all, vaccines seem to cause the same symptoms as the so-called “post-COVID syndrome”, which often manifests itself in people some time after suffering COVID-19. This suggests the following: either the vaccine is not effective, or it is the cause of the same symptoms - and then this is the basis for its immediate withdrawal.

Even if people think they tolerated the vaccine well, there is no guarantee that they won't experience the same problems two months later. The main problems include damage to the nervous tissue and blood clotting. It turns out that we are already treating people for vaccination, not for the disease. The current situation is extremely dangerous.

Questions about Sputnik V’s “safety and efficacy” compelled Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Pyotr Tolstoy to concede:

There are few answers to the questions why those who are vaccinated are ill, why those who are vaccinated die, why there are problems and complications after the vaccinations themselves.

In December 2021, Russian outlet sobesednik.ru asked readers if they knew anyone who had gotten sick after being vaccinated.

In mid-December, we decided to ask readers a question: Do you have friends who got sick after vaccination? The results were stunning.

A month later, interest in the survey has not dried up, and more and more new users continue to take part in it. So far, almost 40,000 people have voted. Most of the respondents—92%—reported that they had encountered cases of the disease after vaccination.

In the comments, people even talk about deaths:

- “A friend was vaccinated on August 4 to stay to work, on the 10th she was taken to a COVID ward, on August 25 she died ....” — says Irina Chistyakova

- “My wife and I were vaccinated in May. In July, both became seriously ill. I was lucky, I got out … The wife is not. Died” — shares A. Bugaets

- “Now my brother and his wife are sick, the second injection was 2 weeks ago. The mother-in-law fell ill two days before the second injection, a classmate died two months after the second injection from COVID, 54 years old” — writes Alexander Kozlov.

Your correspondent interviewed Dr. Denis Ivanov, a member of Russia’s Doctors for Truth, in December 2021. We asked him if he could respond to the Russian government’s claim that Sputnik V was “safe and effective.”

His answer: “This is a blatant lie.”

He noted that because the government does not disclose post-vaccination complications in the country, activists and concerned citizens have been using Telegram and social media to share reports of suspected vaccine-linked injuries and deaths.

Ivanov also provided us with a 43-page document listing suspected vaccine-linked deaths among healthcare workers in Russia:

In May 2022, Rusisa’s Independent Association of Physicians published an updated list of suspected vaccine-linked deaths in the country. The group asked the Attorney General’s Office to investigate the reports, which were collected via social media and could not be independently verified.

Without the cooperation of the Russian government and health authorities, it’s unlikely we’ll ever be able to gauge the true “safety” and “efficacy” of Sputnik V. But data from other countries might shed light on whether Sputnik V is a safe alternative to western clot-shots.

Krasnaya Vesna, which inspected Sputnik V’s safety record in countries that report adverse reactions, determined that “in terms of the frequency of expected mild and severe (requiring hospitalization) side effects, [Sputnik V] is comparable to foreign counterparts.”

Here’s the latest vaccine safety report (June 2022) from Argentina’s Ministry of Health:

Since the earliest days of the so-called pandemic, RT and “alt media” pundits have been working overtime to try to convince disaffected westerners that Sputnik V is a safe and effective alternative to the Big Pharma slurries (even though the Russian government and AstraZeneca started collaborating on COVID shots in July 2020, and even though Sputnik V is a clone of AstraZeneca’s genetic goo).

Here’s Röper, writing in July 2021:

Since Sputnik V is now being administered in over 60 countries [approved, not used — Edward], the complete absence of side effects cannot be attributed to manipulation by the Russian government, since other countries would report serious side effects. To date, however, not a single case has been reported.

This is comical. How can the Russian government “manipulate” reports of serious side effects when it doesn’t even disclose such reports in the first place? And now that other countries are linking Sputnik V to serious side effects, why does Röper continue to claim Sputnik V is safe and effective?

While we’re on the topic—we have an important question for Röper.

If Sputnik V is so safe and so effective, why is Russia developing its own mRNA clot-shots?

In December 2021, Röper declared that unlike western vaccines, Sputnik V could be trusted because it wasn’t an mRNA shot and wasn’t part of Bill Gates’ vaccine racket:

Bill Gates is against Sputnik V, Gates propagates mRNA technology, especially the vaccine from BionTech / Pfizer, because Gates is a strategic investor in both Pfizer and BionTech, he earns money on every vaccine dose from BionTech / Pfizer. Gates does not earn anything from Sputnik-V and Sputnik V is not an mRNA vaccine.

Alright, so… why is Russia now developing two separate mRNA “vaccines”?

Denis Logunov, the deputy director of the Gamaleya Center (developer of Russia’s flagship unproven genetic slurry, Sputnik V), announced on September 28:

The technology of mRNA vaccines has a very important advantage: it can be administered at least every month … Here is the natural limitation of vector vaccines, which you cannot administer more than once every six months, because antibodies appear, they must decrease. Six months—this is the minimum, the ideal period between two injections. <...> Therefore, this decision was made, by order of the director [Sputnik V Papa Bear Alexander Gintsburg], a laboratory group was created to develop such [mRNA] vaccines. Here I will present you our new data regarding the mRNA platform,” he said.

Logunov said that mRNA vaccines such as Pfizer or Moderna give strong immunity after three to four vaccinations.

TASS reported a day later:

The State Scientific Center for Virology and Biotechnology "Vector" of Rospotrebnadzor is conducting research to develop an mRNA vaccine against coronavirus. […]

According to [Elena] Nechaeva, [deputy director of the Vector center], the development of mRNA vaccines is a promising area all over the world.

It is expected that the advantages of the vaccine being developed over the already existing Russian vaccines, including the “Epivaccorona” of the Vector" center, will be the safety, speed of production and cost of drugs. […]

Nechaeva noted that today there are difficulties with the supply of raw materials.

“We will pick up some replacements, something will be produced in Russia, the same enzymes. Russian developers keep up with the times and keep up with world science. I think Russian mRNA vaccines will be in demand,” she said.

If Sputnik V was developed as an anti-Big Pharma serum, why is Russia planning to create two separate mRNA clot-shots, even after this technology has been linked to so much misery and death all over the world?

If Sputnik V is safe and effective, why even bother with creating new COVID “vaccines”?

Following the lecture, Logunov said that the industrial production in Russia of the mRNA vaccine, which is currently being developed by the Gamaleya Center, can be organized with the purchase or development of specific equipment. Now the vaccine is being developed at the facilities of the center.

Fascinating. It’s nice to know that even while facing 10,000+ sanctions, Russia still might be able to purchase the necessary equipment to produce its own mRNA goo. (The Gamaleya Center has lots of experience working with third party contractors. It even paid mysterious unnamed manufacturers, using delicious US dollars, to provide doses of “Sputnik V” that it was supposed to be making itself.)

What role has Putin played in Russia’s response to COVID?

Is he waging a silent war to root out the clot-shot fanatics and Virus nannies in his country? Or has he enabled and supported these bad actors?

Did Russia’s power-hungry regional governors use COVID for their own selfish purposes, defying the wishes of the federal government? Or are the regions imposing unsavory policies to appease the Kremlin and federal agencies?

Perhaps Putin deferred to Russia’s “public health” experts and is not actively involved in formulating COVID measures? After all, he can’t do everything; Putin is the leader of a rather large, complex and consequential country—it would be unrealistic to expect him to take the reins on every policy issue, or to make every decision.

Finally, is there evidence Putin has used the special military operation in Ukraine to “end” the “pandemic” in Russia?

This article will be the first in a series exploring these questions. We can’t promise definitive answers. Instead, our hope is to provide a chronology of Putin’s stated views—as well as his directives and instructions to federal and regional authorities—to allow readers to make informed judgements for themselves.

Because Russia is rebooting its mass vaccination drive, we thought it would be appropriate to begin with Putin’s role in Sputnik V’s development and deployment.

Putin & the genesis of Sputnik V

On April 20, 2020, Putin held a meeting via videoconference on the “sanitary and epidemiological situation in the Russian Federation.” Attendees included Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, Health Minister Mikhail Murashko, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, and leading medical professionals.

The creation of a COVID vaccine was a top agenda item.

“I would like to hear today how the work on creating an antiviral vaccine is progressing,” Putin told the meeting’s participants. “I am aware of what a complex, painstaking scientific search is being carried out in this direction. It is difficult to guess here, impossible. After all, the vaccine should not only be delivered. Its effectiveness and safety must be proven. In this regard, I understand what a colossal responsibility for the result lies with the developers.”

The Russian president added:

I ask you to express your opinion on the possible timing of the development of a vaccine. It is important for us to know this now in order to reserve and prepare industrial capacities in advance in order to quickly launch the production of the vaccine in the required volumes.

But several of the assembled medical experts expressed doubts about the feasibility and necessity of creating a COVID vaccine. Some even suggested the threat posed by coronavirus had been greatly exaggerated.

Professor Alexander Chuchalin, President of the Russian Respiratory Society, a member of the the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the head of the Russian Health Ministry’s Ethics Council, advocated for a “paradigm change” allowing for a “correct assessment” of the new virus.

For example, he spoke out against using ventilators to treat COVID patients, describing artificial ventilation of the lungs as “ineffective.”

Chuchalin summarized his position:

Somewhere we need to readjust. We are a little, it seems to me, going too far, dramatizing the situation as a whole. A person is sick with a coronavirus ... A mother breastfeeds a child, a month later [the infant] already had a coronavirus, and a person lives with it all his life. It is the most common viral infectious disease in humans.

Next to speak was Nikolai Durmanov, Special Representative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for Biological Safety.

Durmanov told Putin it was “probably a naïve dream” to think a vaccine could be developed that would be effective for the entire population.

The official cited previous attempts to create vaccines against Ebola and swine flu, which triggered lethal inflammatory syndromes when tested on mice:

Our experience with Ebola and with swine flu showed us that we can make a very good vaccine that works well on 90 percent of the population, but it will kill 10 percent of the population (in this case mice, thank God) by stimulating this cytokine storm of which we hear so much about.

However, Durmanov didn’t rule out the possibility of “creating a number of vaccine alternatives, each targeted to work with the specific genes an individual carries.”

Next up was Alexander Gintsburg, the head of the Health Ministry’s Gamaleya Center.

Gintsburg promised his institute could create a COVID vaccine “in a very limited time frame, within a few months.”

In 2015, the Gamaleya Center created a “technological platform” that used “virus-like particles” to deliver genetic material to cells. A genetic injection based on this platform could provide immunity against COVID within 10-12 days after being administered, he claimed.

Gintsburg stressed the platform was safe and effective, as evidenced by Gamaleya’s Ebola vaccine, which was registered in Russia and subjected to “extensive” testing in Guinea. The vaccine template was later modified to develop a serum against Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), providing 100% protection in animal tests, and exhibiting very promising results among 200 human volunteers.

Back in the real world, Gintsburg’s “technological platform” had yet to produce a single drug approved for use outside of Russia. Even Gamaleya’s much-vaunted Ebola vaccine was only tested on 2,000 people in Guinea a year after the African nation was declared Ebola-free in June 2016.

Gamaleya’s Ebola shot was conspicuously absent when hemorrhagic fever returned to Guinea in February 2021, prompting an emergency vaccination program in the country. The drug only has been registered in Russia; luckily, there aren’t many Ebola outbreaks in Moscow.

As for Gamaleya’s MERS vaccine: as of August 2022, it’s been indefinitely shelved without completing clinical trials. The vaccine was administered to 268 people as part of combined Phase I-II studies. The results of these trials have not been published.

Maybe Gintsburg slightly exaggerated his platform’s impregnable track record—but by then it didn’t matter. His pitch to Putin was a mere formality: The Gamaleya Center had already received “a government assignment to develop a vaccine against COVID-19.”

Reporting on the project’s latest developments, Gintsburg told Russia’s president that his COVID injection had shown promising results in mice and guinea pigs.

Preclinical studies were slated to end on May 31, with clinical trials expected to begin at the start of June.

Gintsburg also thanked Putin for issuing a directive allowing Gamaleya to conduct “clinical trials in parallel with preclinical studies,” explaining this decision would “speed up” the vaccine’s development.

Putin expressed satisfaction with Gintsburg’s presentation, and ordered Russia’s health minister to ensure Gamaleya’s COVID vaccine wouldn’t be bogged down by unnecessary red tape.

“Mikhail Albertovich [Murashko], it is necessary to systematize everything that was just proposed by Alexander Leonidovich [Gintsburg]. Prepare appropriate proposals for me. This also applies to the acceleration of licensing procedures,” Putin instructed his health minister.

Gintsburg ultimately prevailed over the more cautious medical professionals who issued advice to Putin. Gamaleya’s vaccine—Sputnik V—received emergency authorization from the Russian Health Ministry on August 11, 2020.

“This morning, for the first time in the world, a vaccine against a new coronavirus infection was registered,” Putin announced. “It works quite effectively, forms a stable immunity and has passed all the necessary checks.”

While “the world’s first registered COVID-19 vaccine” was hailed as a triumph of Russian scientific prowess, not everyone in the country’s medical community celebrated.

Professor Chuchalin—who warned against “dramatizing” coronavirus—came out against Sputnik V, claiming the decision to rush through clinical trials was a gross violation of medical ethics.

“We will just make fools of ourselves with this early vaccine, which can bring us a lot of trouble,” Chuchalin warned a month after participating in the April 20 videoconference with Putin.

The professor resigned as head of the Health Ministry’s Ethics Council on August 10, 2020—a day before Sputnik received approval from the ministry.

“The safest and most effective vaccine”

In November 2020, Chuchalin reiterated the ethical problems with Russia’s rushed vaccine: There was no way to know if Sputnik V was safe and effective, because you can’t expedite long-term safety and efficacy trials. At least two years of observation was needed to determine the drug’s safety profile, he noted.

Citing previous research on adenovirus vector therapies, the professor also predicted the alleged effectiveness of Sputnik V would rapidly decrease over time.

The professor claimed Gintsburg and Russia’s Health Ministry were aware of his position.

In retrospect, it seems Chuchalin’s assessment was correct. On April 10, 2021, Gintsburg boasted Sputnik V would provide lifelong immunity against COVID. Exactly one year later, he said Russians should get revaccinated every six months, and even suggested a “two-dose” booster for high-risk individuals.

Sputnik V’s safety record is more difficult to gauge. Russia does not have a VAERS-like database for reporting and viewing suspected post-vaccination complications. In January 2022, Russian authorities shut down a website that tracked suspected vaccine-linked deaths in the country.

According to Putin, Sputnik V has not been linked to a single serious adverse reaction in Russia—and technically he’s correct, since there are no publicly available figures on post-vaccination complications.

At the same time, Putin has raised questions about the safety of foreign-made vaccines.

As TASS reported on March 4, 2021:

Putin noted that the level of patient protection when vaccinated with AstraZeneca is 63%, while the Sputnik V vaccine shows an efficiency level of 91.6%. The President also mentioned several deaths after the use of the Pfizer vaccine. “Thank God, we don’t have a single case of severe side effects, 10% may have a fever on the second day, but the level of protection and safety is high,” he added.

“Indeed, there is something to be proud of, bearing in mind that our vaccine is the safest and most effective in the world,” the Russian president said of Sputnik V.

He made a similar claim three months later.

“Let me remind you that the Russian vaccine is recognized as the safest and most effective. Efficiency over 96%. And, according to our regulatory authorities, there is not a single lethal outcome from the use of the vaccine,” Putin said during a speech at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on June 4, 2021.

On the same day, Russia’s president told journalists that “[Russian] authorities have not recorded a single lethal outcome from the use of [Sputnik V], while other [foreign] manufacturers, unfortunately, have such tragic cases.”

Is Putin aware of the vaccine-linked deaths in his country reported by Russian media? Judging by his inner circle of health experts, perhaps not.

"I talked with the head of the Gamaleya Institute [Alexander Gintsburg], they conducted research and Sputnik V effectively neutralizes the new Omicron strain,” Russia’s leader said on December 28, 2021. He added Sputnik V “provides somewhere around 90% protection, somewhere in the region.”

Putin on the need for mass vaccination

While Russia’s president has sent mixed signals about his position on mandatory injections, he has been vocal about his support for mass vaccination. In fact, Putin has repeatedly called vaccination the key to ending the purported health crisis.

“The coronavirus pandemic will not go away on its own: in order to defeat it, you need to be vaccinated. This opinion was expressed by Russian President Vladimir Putin,” TASS reported on June 30, 2021.

Below is a chronology of Putin’s views on mass vaccination.

December 17, 2020: “Regarding the need for mass or universal vaccination: I believe that this should be done. The same is said not only by our, domestic virologists, but also by their colleagues almost all over the world. One of the few ways to overcome all issues related to the pandemic is through mass vaccination, which should create nationwide immunity. And I repeat once again: our vaccine is effective and safe. April 21, 2021: Russian President Vladimir Putin urged Russians to get vaccinated against coronavirus infection…“Once again I appeal to the citizens of Russia. My dears, you must not lose your vigilance. October 20, 2021: Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the need to increase the pace of vaccination and called on citizens to be more actively vaccinated. “I draw the attention of the heads of the subjects of the Federation to the need to increase the pace of vaccination and, of course, I once again urge all our citizens to actively get vaccinated…It is better to get vaccinated, why wait for severe consequences.” [source: Izvestia]

November 1, 2021: “The real salvation from the severe course of the disease and the salvation from deaths is vaccination,” the head of state said. [source: Interfax]

While Putin has claimed he is against using coercive measures to increase Russia’s vaccination rate (a topic we will explore in detail in Part II of this series), he has nonetheless made attempts at shaming Russian citizens into getting the shot.

Refusing the vaccine is a “dishonest position against your people,” Putin said on December 23, 2021.

How many Russians need to be vaccinated?

Like most world leaders, Putin has championed mass vaccination as the only way to return to “normal” life. But how many Russians need to get the shot to form “collective immunity”?

Speaking to Rossiya 1 on March 28, 2021, Putin claimed 70% of Russia’s adult population needed to be immunized to end the pandemic.

A little more than two months later, on June 5, 2021, the Russian president predicted international travel restrictions would remain in place until Russia achieved “60% immunization of the entire population.”

He readjusted his assessment at the end of December.

“We need collective immunity at 80%. I hope next year in the second quarter we will reach this level,” Putin said on December 23, 2021.

He spoke on the same subject less than a week later while attending a Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) summit.

“Colleagues abroad are already striving to immunize more than 90 percent [of their populations]. And you need 90 percent,” the Russian president said on December 28.

About a month ago, Vladimir Putin met with Yury Chikhanchin, head of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service, to discuss various hot button issues, including Big Pharma and its slithery ways. During their conversation, Chikhanchin revealed foreign drug companies were raining rubles on Russian medical officials and doctors.

Putin agreed Big Pharma was awful and that it was feeding rubles to corrupt public servants all over the place—not just in Russia.

We wrote about this interesting conversation on June 29. “For now it’s just talk, but let’s see? Maybe the FSB will do something to stop this mess”—we observed.

There have been no public announcements about FSB raids targeting Russia’s beloved public health experts, but check this out: Russia’s “Top Secret” magazine just published an excellent summary of Big Pharma’s grip on the country, and what needs to be done to stop it.

A seasoned reader of Edward Slavsquat will notice the below article highlights the same Big Pharma shenanigans (both foreign and domestic) that we incessantly type about, day after day.

[Speaking about the probe into Big Pharma criminality in Russia], Chikhanchin did not name the specific persons involved in the investigation, but I really hope that the special services will have enough political will to investigate the activities of those pharmaceutical corporations that have literally terrorized the country over the past two years, imposing their services and products on people through violence and blackmail. THE ADVENTURES OF ASTRAZENECA IN RUSSIA OR: WHAT DOES SPUTNIK V HAVE TO DO WITH IT?

Last fall, when a lively discussion began on social networks about the not entirely domestic origin of the famous vaccine against the new coronavirus infection, advertised everywhere at the time, REGNUM journalists conducted their own investigation and discovered some very interesting facts.

It was revealed that the Gamaleya Center, headed by Alexander Gintsburg, and a foreign manufacturer of vaccines—the company AstraZeneca, which has repeatedly found itself in the center of high-profile international scandals—had established a close long-term business relationship!

As it turned out, one of the main manufacturers of Sputnik V, the Russian vaccine developed by the Gamaleya Center, is the R-Pharm company of oligarch Alexei Repik. Back in July 2020, Repik announced R-Pharm’s Russian enterprises would produce AstraZeneca’s anti-COVID vaccine AZD1222.

And already in December 2020, R-Pharm, together with AstraZeneca, the Russian Direct Investment Fund, and the Gamaleya Center, began clinical trials of a well-known two-component drug, consisting of AstraZeneca’s AZD1222 and “Sputnik Light (component 1 of GamCOVID-Vac).”

According to the results of the investigation, AstraZeneca has its own legal entities inside Russia. Since November 2005, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities has included AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LLC, owned by AstraZeneca Treasury Limited (Great Britain). According to the document, in the first year of the pandemic, the revenue of this company amounted to about 28 billion rubles with a net profit of 1.7 billion rubles.

AstraZeneca has already managed to launch tentacles into our budget, apparently counting on a large jackpot. So, from January 1, 2022, presumably, not without reliable patronage, AstraZeneca’s Calquence [a medicine used to treat lymphoma] was included in the state list of vital drugs.

WHY DOESN’T RUSSIA EXIT THE THREE-LETTERED GLOBAL COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION?

Fanning hysteria around an officially undeclared pandemic, various restrictions that deprive people of the opportunity to actively move and breathe fresh air, the inability to receive timely planned medical care, the killing of small and medium-sized businesses in the context of the financial crisis, the disappointing statistics of suicides among people of working age, unemployment—what does all this have to do with our health care?

But all this is the consequences of the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), mostly funded by the world’s largest pharmaceutical corporations and other organizations with very dubious reputations. What do investors expect when investing in a particular project? That's right, net income.

We all rejoiced when, from the high rostrum of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the deputies of all parliamentary factions, without exception, spoke unanimously about leaving the WHO. But the euphoria did not last long, the topic somehow began to fade away, and then it was completely removed from the agenda.

As official sources later commented, representatives of the Ministry of Health did not support the initiative of the deputies. Why—the department did not specify. Although, if you think about it...

The aforementioned pharmaceutical oligarch Repik, who is also called one of the main beneficiaries of the pandemic in the Russian Federation, once back in 2015, in an interview with Forbes magazine, boasted that “connections, efficiency, risk and funds help him make money.”

And the oligarch Repik earns a lot on our health. To the point of obscenity. According to independent research by the DSM Group agency, at the end of 2021, Repik was first in the ranking of pharmaceutical manufacturers who replenished their accounts with the sale of medicines for COVID-19 through public procurement. Anyway. How much money does this greasy fraud make?

In 2019, Gintsburg was compensated around 7.7 million rubles. This is very respectable money in Russia—especially for someone who, in 2019, added nothing of value to the world.

In 2020—the year when the Slurry Muse inspired him to create the safest, most effective and unproven genetic goo on earth in record-shattering time—Gintsburg raked in 18.3 million delicious rubles. Not bad.

Well, his stats for 2021 were recently made public and we’re very impressed. Last year, Gintsburg declared an income of 105.9 million rubles. That’s more than a 480% increase from 2020.

We would provide you with a USD equivalent but there is no point because the rate given by the Bank of Russia is totally different from actual market value. Just trust us though: 105.9 million rubles is a lot of money. It’s a HUGE amount of money in Russia. You could lick black caviar off the backside of a high-end escort every day for the rest of your life with that kind of cash. And that’s probably what Gintsburg is doing right now. Because he’s a freak.

But what caused this explosive jump in acquired rubles? According to his latest income statement, Gintsburg magically got super, super rich from real estate holdings and previously undeclared savings. Yes, okay:

Here’s the best part though: if you examine Gintsburg’s earnings in 2020, he has no extra income. Just his salary from his drug den research institute. Magically, over the course of 12 months, Gintsburg became a real estate tycoon:

By the way, was there ever a follow-up to that scandal where Gintsburg was purchasing “Sputnik V” from a mysterious manufacturer, using United States Dollars, and then selling this mystery-goo at a mark-up? Questions, questions.

Lately, Gintsburg has been shilling a completely unnecessary and untested nose-vax. This surprises no one.

With all eyes focused on the Not-War in Ukraine, something equally confusing is happening in Russia:

The R-Pharm company sent an application to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for registration of the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine in Russia.

A few comments:

1. This has always been the plan. Russia has been pushing for a Sputnik/AstraZeneca cocktail since the earliest months of the virus scam. Last month, the Russian Direct Investment Fund—Sputnik V’s main financer—revealed new Science showing the amazing benefits of combining Sputnik Light with the British-Swedish clot-shot.

2. R-Pharm is already producing AstraZeneca shots (under the brand R-CoVI) in Russia—but for export. R-Pharm also manufactures Sputnik V.

3. Coincidentally, the Russian Direct Investment Fund is invested in R-Pharm, meaning the Kremlin is pocketing delicious rubles from Sputnik V and R-CoVI.

4. Why would Russia even need to deploy a Big Pharma clot-shot? I thought the Not-War in Ukraine had defeated the virus scam forever, particularly in Russia?

I was browsing the internet in search of juicy takes on AstraZeneca’s clot-shot (which is a proven death-shot that murders people) when I stumbled upon this excellent analysis from the prestigious Strategic Culture Foundation:

The fact that the organizations promoting the rise of this eugenics policy throughout Nazi Germany and North America included such powerhouses as the Rockefeller Foundation, the Wellcome Trust and the Human Sterilization League for Human Betterment (today renamed “Engender Health”) which have all taken leading roles in the World Health Organization over recent decades is more than a little concerning. The fact that these eugenics organizations simply re-branded themselves after WWII and are now implicated in modern RNA vaccine development alongside the Galton Institute (formerly British Eugenics Association), Oxford’s AstraZeneca, Pfizer and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation should give any serious thinker pause as we consider what patterns of history we are willing to tolerate repeating in our presently precarious age.

All this Nazi talk reminds me of the Not-War in Ukraine, which has triggered concerns about biological weapons and other nontraditional ways of culling people. Just the other day, Russia’s defense ministry revealed the United States was studying if migratory birds could potentially be flying biohazards:

I’m not saying Russia shouldn’t be on the lookout for Ebola-birds. It definitely should. You can’t trust the Yankees.

But if you’re genuinely worried about the West trying to annihilate you with unconventional weapons…. why would you even consider approving AstraZeneca’s clot-shot?

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Russian pharmaceutical R-Pharm, and AstraZeneca have jointly announced that combining Sputnik Light with the British-Swedish clot-shot is a totally awesome idea.

RDIF—Russia’s sovereign wealth fund—is Sputnik V’s main financer. RDIF is also invested in R-Pharm. Coincidentally, R-Pharm manufactures Sputnik V and also AstraZeneca’s clot-shot. Everyone is connected, like a happy human centipede.

This completely impartial trio of clot-shot shills tested their genetic cocktail on 100 volunteers in Russia and 100 volunteers in Azerbaijan. Verdict: safe and effective!

“Preliminary data from the combined use of Sputnik Light and AstraZeneca vaccines confirm the correct use of different vaccines during revaccination. In the context of the emergence of new dangerous strains of coronavirus, it is this approach that can provide safe, effective and long-term protection,” gloated Kirill Dmitriev, RDIF’s CEO and WEF Young Global Leader Class of 2009.

As we reported last month, the plan has always been to create an AstraZeneca/Sputnik V cocktail for use in Russia. And this new “study”—conducted on Russians—is an important step towards making this degenerate dream a reality.

“But Edward, the Russian government will never allow Big Pharma clot-shots to enter the Russian market!”—please just stop. Seriously.

If anyone is still shilling Sputnik V we urge you to reconsider.

State Duma Deputy Alexey Kurinny sent an appeal to Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov about the illegality of hiding information about the results of research on Russian vaccines.

“The results of clinical trials of Russian vaccines ‘are confidential and contain information constituting a trade secret.’ This is exactly the answer I received from the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in response to my request for the results of clinical trials of domestic vaccines,” Kurinny said on Facebook.

At the same time, information is necessary not only for specialists, but also for a wide range of people, the parliamentarian noted.

“I sent an appeal to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation about the illegality of hiding socially significant information,” Kurinny wrote.

For the record, Sputnik V’s hyper-rushed “Phase III” trials will not finish until the end of this year. In February 2021, the Lancet published a report containing 6 months’ worth of interim data. A year has passed. Surely there is some more very encouraging data to share with the world? There is, but it’s a confidential trade secret.

Russia’s health ministry is really on a roll. Less than a week ago, the Russian government announced it would be “inappropriate” to publish information on the number of deaths among people vaccinated against COVID-19:

“such information does not objectively reflect any relationship between deaths and vaccination and may cause a negative attitude towards vaccination.”

Meanwhile, Russian authorities continue to withhold data on post-vaccination complications because transparency is obviously pointless when you’re forcing millions of people to take an unproven genetic injection.

Why such brazen disdain for the Russian people?

Imagine the following scenario: you’re the Russian government. You rush out an unproven genetic injection developed in cooperation with a cattle tag-obsessed banker. But there’s a problem: nobody wants it, forcing you to make your genetic slurry compulsory for tens of millions of people.

Naturally, you withhold data on post-vaccination complications because the safety of your unproven goo is unassailable; anyone who whines about the lack of transparency is labeled an internet terrorist. Some internet terrorists create an unofficial VAERS-like system for monitoring vaccine-linked deaths, which of course you shut down as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, you aggressively backpedal on the boastful claims you’ve made about your unproven slurry—turns out it doesn’t do much and might actually be making things worse!

The Russian people begin to grumble. They sense this might be a massive scam. An elected representative asks for rudimentary data to help reassure his constituents that the genetic injection isn’t a scam. But it is a scam, so what do you do?

You say transparency would be “inappropriate” because publicly available data might damage the reputation of your unproven, mandatory slurry:
