Fighting globalism's four dogmas in Slovenia
A conversation with Blaž Kavčič, co-founder of the Institute for National Sovereignty
I am very excited to share with you a conversation I had with Blaž Kavčič, co-founder of Slovenia’s Institute for National Sovereignty.
Kavčič served one term in the First Chamber of the Slovenian Parliament (2000-2004), and was also President of the Second Chamber of the Slovenian Parliament (2007-2012). His institute works to expose and offer solutions to what it describes as the “four dogmas of globalism.” What are these four pillars of evil? You will soon find out.
I began communicating with Kavčič about a year ago, and I was delighted to receive on-the-ground intel about what was happening in this often overlooked Slavic state. Coincidentally, it seems Slovenians are being tormented in the same ways you are, wherever you are, probably.
(I really value the internet-facilitated friendships and connections I’ve made over the past two years, and they serve as an important reminder that a worldwide campaign of terror is being waged by all of our governments, against all of us. See? We’re not so different after all.)
Let’s begin the interview!
Hello, Blaž! Thanks for speaking with me. My first question: Can you describe the sociopolitical and socioeconomic aftermath of the “pandemic” in Slovenia? Have there been any inquiries into how the “public health crisis” was handled?
They are “killing us softly” would be the initial description. Life in Slovenia is good and comfortable for most of the people most of the time. We are encouraged to spend, to travel, to enjoy life, and very few people are ready to think where this lunacy is leading us.
There are rivers of fictitious money with real purchasing power floating around. Our merchants are busy. My grandchildren are very busy—happily attending primary school, grammar school, and university, and are active in music and sports. They are enjoying life and friendships, and I’m frowned upon for occasionally questioning the direction of their trajectory.
A friend from my tennis club, a retired dentist and proud owner of 4-wheel drive diesel Porsche, his veins clotted, recently had surgery for a second time—but with no questions. Eyes wide shut.
The handling of the pandemic is the next level of the scam. Our modern Camelot so-called hero Robert F. Kennedy Jr. explains it all: Would the pandemic have been better handled using repurposed drugs—hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin—making billionaire Steve Kirsch happy?
Here in Slovenia, the handling and aftermath of the “pandemic” has been very brutal, with clear consequences for excess mortality. But it was not a mistake. It was planned and they’re covering their tracks. An initiative launched by Slovenian doctors mourns the excess mortality and other consequences, but refuses to look at the causes of this tragedy, and this group remains well within the Rockefeller Medicine Dogma.
If you accept the virus, you accept the vaccine. And you’re locked in. After the vax offensive, now we are dealing with the chemtrails offensive—the poisoning of the people from the sky, which is a main cause of acute and chronic medical problems. But even the man on the street is programmed to say, “these are only contrails.” There are no inquiries in Slovenia, and none in EU, for that matter, is addressing the real causes of the problem.
What motivated you to create the Institute for National Sovereignty? Can you tell us about some of the organization’s activities and future plans?
There were several round of planning, which were prompted by the outbreak of the “Corona regime”.
First, a group of Slovenian intellectuals and activists were organized, with the kind assistance of my friend Katerina. I drafted a Memorandum and all members participated in the final text, which was ratified in October 2020.
Names and titles changed a bit. We talked about naming our organization The Coalition for Life, or The Freedom of Life Foundation, but eventually settled on The Institute for National Sovereignty (FNS).
As Corona measures became harsher, and the motivation to organize against these policies increased, we reached nearly 1,500 members—and some of our initiatives gained even more participation.
In one instance, 15,000 protesters flooded the streets of Ljubljana. We had meetings with lectures all over the country, some with a few dozen attendees, others with between 100-150 participants.
A number of factors, including the traditional culture of our nation (broadly speaking), resulted, initially, in a very low uptake of the COVID vaccine—around 55%, which was among the lowest in Europe.
Then Corona measures started to melt away, but numerous initiatives intensified—all of them some kind of fictitious opposition, or not opposition at all. From Religion to Revolution, and everything in between, these movements and ideologies were coopted or harnessed to help hypnotize and “mass-format” people.
Old-Vedic, Living Person, Flat Earth, False History, Natural Law, Prehistoric Unions, Slovenian Tribe, QAnon, Parallel Money, Parallel Society—everything was instrumentalized.
Also our country’s anti-Nazi tradition, partisans, the Liberation Front—all were conscripted to serve globalism to create confusion and false hopes. So, I dare say that FNS is the only organization in Slovenia with a well-defined anti-globalist program, with a clear definition of what we oppose and what we stand for.
We are of course open to cooperation with individuals and groups who show at least partial understanding of the situation, and are acting against some parts of the agenda, such as policies that are pushing for vaccines, masks, QR codes, the elimination of cash, and social distancing rules. One concrete example of cooperation was the creation of a document opposing a governmental digitalization strategy.
More and more people are waking up to the reality that they are being frog-marched off a cliff by a ubiquitous global agenda. Your book (co-authored by Katerina Vidner Ferkov), HOW WE WILL SURVIVE AND THRIVE: Leaving predatory globalism for the humanist sovereignty, offers a blueprint for reversing this troubling worldwide trend. Can you briefly outline the thesis of your book, and what it advocates?
To the best of my knowledge it is so far the only book presenting and interpreting scientific and expert facts in four critical fields of human knowledge: social governance, economy and finance, medicine, and climate. The book approaches these subjects in an interdisciplinary and interactive way.
So, Sheldon Wolin explains that the system we live in is not a democracy, Michael Hudson explains that our money is perverted into a mechanism of control, Stefan Lanka explains that pathogenic viruses do not exist, and Timothy Ball explains that there is no climate change caused by CO2.
Using over 60 scientific and expert sources, we break the spell of the “four deadly dogmas” of globalism: Democracy, Virus, Money, and CO2.
We show how these important categories of human knowledge are abused and perverted. Everything going on in human society is the cause of man-made decisions. If we want to prevent the elimination of natural life and humanity as we know it, we have to do a 180 in how decisions are formulated, and by whom and for whom they are made into laws.
This process starts and ends with the sovereignty of national states serving their citizens first.
Change cannot be achieved without eliminating the role of political parties and introducing a modern constitutional democracy. In our book we propose a blueprint for the minimal necessary reforms for parliament, the roles of the executive and judicial branch, the fiscal system, and long term social planning. What we propose is to a large extent already present in most constitutions, but disregarded.
I have worked some 30 years in manufacturing, high tech and consulting, and some 10 years in politics, so I am not some kind of unrealistic utopian dreamer. We will survive through organized activities against globalism, transhumanism and technocracy—through life-supporting national constitutional democracies actively and peacefully co-existing with all other nations.
How do Slovenians feel about the conflict in Ukraine? According to Czech writer Cecílie Jílková, in Czechia you can be accused of being a Russian agent simply for wanting peace. Is the same true in Slovenia?
Slovenia’s Quisling government is as bad as the others. Among the people there is historically positive feeling about Russians. Russian culture remains well respected, just few days ago there was a Tchaikovsky event. In my tennis club there is a Russian trainer and a couple of Ukrainian waitresses. We all get along just fine. There are a number of memorials from the First and Second World Wars commemorating Russian soldiers. All well respected.
One factor that differentiates Slovenia is that from 1948, Yugoslavia under Tito was not part of Stalin’s cruel system. So we were spared the experiences of the Czechoslovaks, Hungarians, and Poles.
The Russia-Slovenia Society continues its work, promoting not only friendship between our people, but also Agenda 2030. It is sponsored by a Slovenian pharmaceutical company which also operates a large local production operation in Russia.
Anti-Nazi sentiment is strong in Slovenia, and the memory of Ukrainian German soldiers in WW2, who were especially cruel, has not faded away.
Looking ahead (in the short and long-term), what are you most worried about? What is something that gives you hope for the future?
The prevailing globalist paradigm is destroying life. Globalist agendas are poisoning, robbing, and killing people, destroying nature and resources. But it is all masked under nice-sounding names. The next level of the scam is praising multipolarity, and BRICS.
Russia and China are brutally enforcing Agenda 2030, virus-vax fraud, QR codes, and digital ID—BRICS’ fraudulent concept of “alternative” currencies, based on gold, oil, or whatever, is nothing but a scam. And even the top heterodox political economists are silent about it.
Riley, you’ve written that you are a freedom of speech absolutist, and you do not believe in purity tests. And I would agree with that generally, even among specialists in one field who often feel confident in other areas—like top “no-virus” doctors who speak nonsense about money and education, or top political economists who do not see the problems of political philosophy and social governance clearly. But for the people who are given the largest audiences, and are trying to explain what is going on, there is no excuse for not correctly presenting the four dogmas of globalism, and for not offering meaningful solutions after three years of the Corona scam.
We all should be worried about what could be called “the Robert McNamara syndrome”. Just like McNamara—who went from Ford Motors, to the head of the World Bank, and then industrialized the American weapons industry—we can see now that Ukraine and other globalist projects are being used to boost weapons manufacturing and “defense” budgets globally. The arms that will be manufactured will fuel and escalate more wars and destruction in the future.
What gives me hope is that there has been so much wisdom created throughout the history of mankind, and that probably things are not so black and white as they seem right now. Confucianism developed some of the most valuable concepts about us humans, about our relationships, and the concepts behind a harmoniously functioning society, some 3,000 years ago.
There are so many truth-tellers from around the world today—more than ever before—so if each of us does what we can, the gods might help us.

Thank you for the interview, very interesting. The truly global scale of the covid operation is probably the most frightening thing of them all about it. From Lima in Peru to Tokyo and apparently to Ljubljana in Slovenia as well. It took place seemingly everywhere.
But, it is also very encouraging that we are so many people from all over the world who have reached very similar conclusions with regards to this and related issues independently of each other. It hopefully speaks to the deep truth of our convictions.
