One of the central theses of this blog is that kiddos everywhere are being actively groomed for an exciting existence of never-ending Biosecurity Terror and Permanent Sadness.
If your goal is to create a digital Panpoopticon [not a typo — Edward], focusing your energies on crushing young souls is a no-brainer. Why waste your time with cantankerous 20-somethings, Chardonnay-swilling 30-somethings, Boomers, or other Ancients? They are preoccupied with Netflix. Out with the Old, in with the New!
It’s a very real problem—and not just in Russia. We have written about this topic before (“Russia's creepiest bank is cattle-tagging children”, January 19; and “Biosecurity grooming”, May 4), and unfortunately we must report that the situation is rapidly deteriorating.
Katyusha—a patriotic Russian alt media outlet that keeps a close eye on Schwabian shenanigans—recently wrote about new legislation that aims to implement “an electronic biometric concentration camp in the country” via the government’s Unified Biometric System. We will dive into more details about this initiative in a future blog post.
But perhaps even more worrying is the development of a unified information system for Russia’s schoolchildren. Headed by Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev, and the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, the project goes far beyond biometric IDs: it seeks to create a “digital profile” of all students that tracks social activity and other personal information.
These new “reforms” rely heavily on the private sector to provide “digital solutions” for “education.”
Below are excerpts from an October 15 report from Russia’s Top Secret magazine….
What is the federal state information system “My School”?
In short, this is a huge database of personal data of teachers, students and their parents, which will be set up for daily automatic updates. The system involves the creation of a digital profile of the child and ongoing diagnostic and preventive work, the results of which will form an individual development trajectory for each child.
“From the first year [of school] to the end [of their education]: Through this profile, a person's education, his social activity, including informal, and his professional activity are interconnected, since all of them are reflected in this profile. This allows us to make a more comprehensive assessments of each individual,” explains Anna Schwabauer, member of the expert advisory council on family law of the Federation Council, explained to Top Secret. Remembering all the negative consequences of the pandemic distance, when students were forcibly driven onto stupid digital educational platforms, parents are afraid that innovations will only exacerbate the process of “debilitation” of children. In addition, adults fear that spending many hours on the Internet will have the most detrimental effect on the health and psyche of minors. And, of course, parents oppose total surveillance of the private lives of children. Which, by the way, the authors of the new digital reform do not even hide.
In particular, the Minister of Education Kravtsov proposes to introduce digital profiles (biographies) of students and collect, among other things, data on extracurricular activities of children.
“Now they are blatantly lying about the preservation of traditional education. In many ways, their target is the creation of robot kids!” Irina Zhiltsova, chairman of the International Union of Parents “Together”, told reporters. […]
“The ideological basis for the digitalization of education in Russia is, in fact, the project ‘Education 2030. Roadmaps of the Future’. This project directly provides for the clause: ‘breakdown / liquidation of traditional models of the educational system’ in the period 2022–2030,” says Anna Schwabauer. “The guidelines of the above 2010 project are detailed in the report ‘The Future of Education: A Global Agenda’ (2013-2014). This report provides not only for the destruction of the national education system, but also for the destruction of traditional cultural norms, the institution of the family and the state as a whole. In connection with the possibility of transferring state functions to private structures.” […]

“After the start of the special military operation, they have continued to adopt measures aimed at large-scale digitization of the school. Moreover, not only by the hands of government agencies, but also through agreements with businesses,” says Schwabauer. So, on September 15, 2022, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Digital Development and VK [Russian Facebook] signed an agreement on the development of online communications in education. The news stated: ‘Cooperation between the parties will allow schools to easily and conveniently switch to Russian online communication services as part of the implementation of the FSIS ‘My School’ ... VK Messenger, VK Calls and Mail.ru email will be used in schools and colleges.” […]
The real plans for digitalization in education are not particularly advertised, but the collection of biometric data of children has been talked about for a long time. The Moscow authorities, for example, last year started talking about their intention to introduce biometric access to schools for children and teachers.
The wave of discontent that broke out forced the Moscow authorities to back down. Vice Mayor Anastasia Rakova said that the experiment can only be carried out in selected schools, and only with the consent of the parents. […]
“The point is that the education sector is being turned into a market for digital business,” Olga Chetverikova, director of the Heritage of the Fatherland Traditional Values Support Fund, told reporters. “And if we look at the competitions they announced: for video imaging devices in Moscow—more than 2 billion rubles. A competition for the supply of devices for screening the body—392 million rubles. It becomes clear that we are talking about business, it does absolutely nothing for children, neither in terms of education, nor in terms of health, nor in terms of safety, but it is of great interest to commercial IT structures.” […]
The experiment is not over yet and the point of no return has not yet been passed. And this means that digitization can be stopped. But small groups of activists will not cope with this. Parents should unite and work together.

In England, back in the mid-2010s, in my area children were signing in to school by using thumbprint recognition on a screen. No parents complained about it. It just became normal, rather than the teacher calling the register in class. I don't know how widespread that is now.
So the State has thumbprints of these young people linked to their educational record - and probably later to their health record etc via their digital ID. It has crept in noiselessly and unnoticed.
Someone tell Matt Ehret and the other ignorant fools that Russia and China are no better than the western bullshit.
