Initially it applied to South America, but as Soviet Union was dissolved, Russia was given the status like that of Brasil or Argentina. The consensus consists of the three core principles - manage population using Darwinian principles, tightly control money supply primarily by the means of high interest rates, do everything possible to prevent internal investments in the manufacturing sector or anything else working to develop own economy and to create a favorable internal investment climate. The extent to which this consensus is applied to countries varies - Russia gets one of the harshest treatments. Now the bigger question is, how and why Russian fiscal authorities during the all out proxy war are still compliant with imposed rules? This drives many people to conclusion that perhaps this is not a real war between Russia and the West, but a make believe conflict at the expense of Ukraine designed to achieve totally different goals vs. those pronounced by Putin last February.”

Hi Bernard, as far as I know, Russia has no equivalent of the US CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) or equivalents in Europe.
There are several data sources on the death rates (like f.e. Statista) which give unfortunately only a rough indicator of the real mortality situation and there you can find an increasing death-rate in Russia since the end of 2020, but the causes are explained by „death because of the C-virus“… what a surprise!🥴
A lot of reports of initial data from studies were published at the time, all of which reported only "mild" side effects. The cross-national consistencies are quite striking!

Soon after his assassination in 1185 A.D. by traitors of his own cast, the Tsar of the Horde baptized Russia and made the Christian Orthodox Faith the official religion of the Empire. It still took another 200 years before the various forms of human sacrifice to be outlawed. Prince Andronikus came up with simple essential reforms for the future of Humanity and he was killed for trying to make them into laws. I guess we should not be surprised to witness the total perversion, the ignominious lies, and the senseless idiocy of those who now occupy the positions of power without ever having been elected and without any respect for the laws of their nations. Apparently, Barbarianism has won.
