Knowledge Day (September 1) marks the start of the school year in Russia. And what kind of safe and convenient teaching tools are being deployed to give Russian youngsters Knowledge?
In Pushkino, a very fancy facial recognition system will protect students from unattended items and “poor health”:
At the entrance to the school, in the turnstile area, there is a screen that recognizes faces. If there is no information about the visitor in the database, the system will not allow the guest to pass through the turnstile.
In addition, the building of the institution is equipped with cameras that, using an artificial intelligence system, are able to recognize things left unattended or abandoned, as well as non-standard situations that require the attention of the security service.
For example, a suspicious person or a unexpected crowd of people. Thus, the system will allow real-time monitoring of situations in the school, as well as cases of poor health of students or teachers.
Meanwhile, children living near the Arctic Circle are enjoying a new cattle tag system that detects polar bears and other Arctic threats:
The access control system was launched in the fourth school of the Obdorsky microdistrict in Salekhard. An electronic checkpoint was installed in the lobby: the school entrance now has turnstiles, which you can only pass through with a chipped card or using biometric data. […]
According to school director Yulia Shmuratko, a device is mounted above the turnstile that automatically determines the temperature of the passer-by. If an elevated temperature is detected, the child will be immediately taken to the nurse’s office. […]
It should be noted that about 300 video cameras are installed inside and outside the institution, which scan every meter in the building and the surrounding area.
There will never be another undetected elevated temperature in Yamal ever again.
I cannot stress enough how safe the 2023-2024 school year will be. In order to “ensure the safety of children,” a recently renovated school in Ryazan Oblast features “video surveillance systems” and “an electronic checkpoint”. All educators agree that it is necessary to teach children the importance of checkpoints at an early age.
The Terrorist Threat Level is Yellow in Kursk, which means an algorithm needs to identify your face at school, to make sure you are not a terrorist.
Amateurish when compared to the very prudent algorithm watching over several Tatarstan schools, which can “be used to track the working time of teachers and notify parents about the arrival and departure of their children from school”. This system also stops terrorism and keeps everyone safe:
And so on and so forth.
The transition to safe and effective schooling in Russia can be traced back to December 2017, when then-Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev introduced the “Digital School” project, a federal program tasked with the noble goal of integrating “modern technologies into the educational process.”
The original digital to-do list included connecting schools to the internet and making sure they could switch to “distance learning” if needed (such foresight!).
But the “Digital School” program became even more safe and convenient in 2021:
There are even Russian companies piggy-backing off this federal program by offering schools various “digital services”. For example, the very creatively named Khabarovsk-based firm “Digital School” has been seducing Russian educational institutions with promises of “easy modernization”:
The company has partnered with Microsoft and Sberbank—but you probably just assumed that?
Some of you might be wondering: “Why is Sberbank—which is a bank—developing cattle tag systems specifically designed for children?”
You poor little lamb. Sberbank isn’t just a bank—it’s a “universe of services for human life.” Haven’t you heard? And one of these services involves face-identifying children, even if they are wearing masks, and then taking their temperature for good measure:
It is slightly worrying that youngsters are being tagged, numbered, screened and digitalized, as this blog has pointed out many times before:
Schools have always been prisons for impressionable young minds. But what happens when generations of children are treated as potential terrorist-biohazards by the All-Knowing Algorithm (GrefBot)? We’ll soon find out.

Note carefully how every new system is rolled out first against vulnerable, disenfranchised, or ignorant groups of subjects. In other words, people who cannot give informed consent. And every new repressive rule is justified in the name of protecting these same subjects.
Thus, install cameras with facial recognition as crime and terrorist prevention--it's for their protection. Implement digital currencies and eliminate cash and bitcoin, because physical cash facilitates criminal activity and funds terrorism. Roll out that first new "vaccination" in Kenya or The Congo, since they are too disenfranchised or uneducated to object. Or roll out "voluntary" measures such as jabs and masks--it's "voluntary", except that you don't get to work, shop, or travel in without it--but it's YOUR CHOICE....
Next we'll be reading that steak is being outlawed because babies can't chew it.
Thus, in this case, "it's for the children." That's been a great one for a lot of things.
After success with cattle-tags
you can expect
cattle prods.
In any case, nose piercings will be rewarded with extra gmo grain-insect fodder.
