I cannot stress enough how safe the 2023-2024 school year will be. In order to “ensure the safety of children,” a recently renovated school in Ryazan Oblast features “video surveillance systems” and “an electronic checkpoint”. All educators agree that it is necessary to teach children the importance of checkpoints at an early age.
The Terrorist Threat Level is Yellow in Kursk, which means an algorithm needs to identify your face at school, to make sure you are not a terrorist.
Amateurish when compared to the very prudent algorithm watching over several Tatarstan schools, which can “be used to track the working time of teachers and notify parents about the arrival and departure of their children from school”. This system also stops terrorism and keeps everyone safe:

The transition to safe and effective schooling in Russia can be traced back to December 2017, when then-Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev introduced the “Digital School” project, a federal program tasked with the noble goal of integrating “modern technologies into the educational process.”
The original digital to-do list included connecting schools to the internet and making sure they could switch to “distance learning” if needed (such foresight!).
But the “Digital School” program became even more safe and convenient in 2021:
There are even Russian companies piggy-backing off this federal program by offering schools various “digital services”. For example, the very creatively named Khabarovsk-based firm “Digital School” has been seducing Russian educational institutions with promises of “easy modernization”:
The company has partnered with Microsoft and Sberbank—but you probably just assumed that?
Some of you might be wondering: “Why is Sberbank—which is a bank—developing cattle tag systems specifically designed for children?”
You poor little lamb. Sberbank isn’t just a bank—it’s a “universe of services for human life.” Haven’t you heard? And one of these services involves face-identifying children, even if they are wearing masks, and then taking their temperature for good measure:
It is slightly worrying that youngsters are being tagged, numbered, screened and digitalized, as this blog has pointed out many times before:
Schools have always been prisons for impressionable young minds. But what happens when generations of children are treated as potential terrorist-biohazards by the All-Knowing Algorithm (GrefBot)? We’ll soon find out.

Note carefully how every new system is rolled out first against vulnerable, disenfranchised, or ignorant groups of subjects. In other words, people who cannot give informed consent. And every new repressive rule is justified in the name of protecting these same subjects.
Thus, install cameras with facial recognition as crime and terrorist prevention--it's for their protection. Implement digital currencies and eliminate cash and bitcoin, because physical cash facilitates criminal activity and funds terrorism. Roll out that first new "vaccination" in Kenya or The Congo, since they are too disenfranchised or uneducated to object. Or roll out "voluntary" measures such as jabs and masks--it's "voluntary", except that you don't get to work, shop, or travel in without it--but it's YOUR CHOICE....
