Masks off (except in the Kremlin)!
Let’s start with some good news: Federal COVID Nanny Anna Popova—who recently took part in a fun chitchat with Dr. Tedros and Big Pharma goons in St. Petersburg—has canceled all remaining Virus restrictions in Russia’s regions, including mask rules and curfews and other health-preserving limitations imposed on businesses.
Finally, the scam has ended. Finally, Russia is free:
At the same time, [Russia’s COVID Nanny] emphasized that if the situation with COVID-19 worsens, “the restrictive measures can be resumed.” Anti-epidemic measures are also maintained for the timely detection of cases…
This is not really a “big” announcement. It’s more of a formal capitulation. In many parts of Russia—a country of normal people lorded over by New Normal wackos—Virus decrees have been ignored and bypassed since June 2020. Probably the last remaining mask enforcers didn’t want to get stabbed? Yes; probably.
A more intriguing Virus development is that masks are still being worn in the Kremlin, the last face diaper stronghold in Russia.
What does this mean?
No more PCR tests (if you are a citizen of Belarus)!
More good news; if you are traveling to Russia by airplane, and if you are also a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, you no longer have to worry about showing proof that someone stuck a Q-tip up your nose. For everyone else: get swabbed, nerds.
But this loophole greatly confuses us. TASS reported in early June that “all epidemiological restrictions on entry for foreigners arriving by air” would be removed starting on June 14. We thought that would include PCR tests—but it appears we thought wrong?
Did Russia temporarily suspend its PCR entry requirement for a few days so that super-rich people wouldn’t be hassled when they arrived for the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum—which was held from June 15-18?
Is that what happened? We really hope that’s not what happened.
Compulsory injections continue (in many regions)!
Now that there are no more Virus restrictions in Russia, except in the Kremlin, all vax decrees have been buried in a deep hole and sprinkled with holy water, yes? No.
Some regions have canceled their coercive injection policies after reaching “80% herd immunity.” But many regions are still shoving needles in arms.
For example, St. Petersburg—which achieved 100% herd immunity in February before inexplicably dropping to 60% herd immunity three months later—recently reminded its state employees that they are “recommended” to get the shot—and they need proof that they followed this recommendation by October 1:
Heads of executive bodies of government departments, state institutions and state enterprises of St. Petersburg are recommended to ensure the formation of collective immunity for at least 80 percent of workers (employees). By September 1, workers must have a document confirming that they received the 1st component of the vaccine, completed vaccination or had a disease. By October 1—a document on the completion of vaccination or the disease.
The “proof of previous Virus infection” option provides some wiggle room, of course. But maybe just treat people like human beings and don’t require proof of anything? Such a simple but elegant concept.
Injections still come with a free QR code!
And more good news; newly injected Russians are still being issued QR codes even though cattle tags were dropped in mid-April. There is no cause for alarm. Cattle tags will never return.

Meanwhile, the WHO has cautioned that Russia shouldn’t get too comfortable—because you just never know when the Virus could resume ravaging the earth.
So, just in case, the WHO and Russia’s main vax financer, RDIF, are moving forward with plans to get Sputnik V officially certified. Will the Russian government finally have the honor of shilling a WHO-approved genetic shot? Fingers crossed.

I am 'sick and tired' of all this scamdemic and plandemic nonsense that restrict my freedom of movement and disregard my sovereignty of my own human body. Our only chance depends on more people (Russians) getting "sick and tired' like me and WAKE UP to the POWER of noncompliance.
I plan to start my vacation to Russia tomorrow. I am a permanent resident of Belarus so I am NOT afforded the luxury of Belarus citizens without restrictions. I am still considered a 'foreigner' when traveling to Russia so I must take the train to avoid PCR tomorrow on Wednesday. Apparently restrictions still apply when traveling by car until 15 July > Source Tass> https://tass.com/society/1475207 If I experience a "problem" entering Russia, I will stay calm, cool, and collected. I lose only money on NOT refundable arrival train/ departure return airplane tickets to Belarus. (Russia's tourist shops and the hotel will lose money as well.) I am positive and hopeful my vacation to Russia will work out well.
Meanwhile in France the new sinister of sickness has announced 200 000 new cases of perfectly healthy people detected with a PCR test which has been considered inefficient by the US CDC, during the last 24hours. In the new place where I work, if you have been tested positive while being perfectly healthy you have to stay home for 5 days but if you are still tested positive after 5 days you must go back to work...
Fortunately one is not obliged to be tested.
Of course, this happens while there are more and more strikes, even where I work (a gas station Total).
