Everywhere you go, man is insane or believes everything he is told by those who are insane. Sad to hear Russia and Putin have been taken in by climate insanity. Carbon neutrality is nothing more than code for...we (the WEF, gates, globalists, etc) will murder 7 billion humans by 2030 and for certain by 2060.

So now I have AIDS from too much carbon! Shit never ends.

Green House rockin' out the Red Square. Keep the hits coming.

Death to the Siberian firs and pines! The war on carbon must prevail! BURN THEM ALL!

I'm glad to see that Russia is flattening curves. Curves are evil! Flatten them all!

Related to this: "At the same time, the Russian Federation proceeds from the fact that long-term and a comprehensive solution to the problem of climate change is only possible with participation of all states."

This reminds me of the Covid Curve-Flattening Mantra, "Nobody is safe until everybody is safe."

They are all together in this - against us, the 99 percent.

Thanks for reporting this important initiative. Russia is dropping no balls and keeping her eyes on the real prize which is of course the War on Weather and always has been. I had nearly forgot about the Wars on Terror, Covid, Drugs, Poverty. I supported each of them totally, then forgot about it soon after. Anyway, as long as we have a War going on, we're safe.

"training of highly qualified scientific personnel" like Mr. Ferguson who failed in every possible way...

So, I guess now it's just a matter of time until these colorful round warning signs appear in Russia as well, indicating that technocratic air taxes have to be paid.

Because, let's not forget:

"Russia ... is warming 2.5 times faster than the planet" (according to this "independent" news website)

https://www.themoscowtimes.com/2021/11/02/how-is-climate-change-impacting-russia-a75469

So is Europe (which, in most Western media, means EU + Switzerland or Europe without Russia):

"Europe warming at twice the global average"

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2022/11/2/europe-warming-at-twice-the-global-average-un-report-warns

"China's ... temperatures are rising faster than global average"

https://www.reuters.com/world/china/china-warns-that-its-temperatures-are-rising-faster-than-global-average-2022-08-04/

Quick, let's all pay lots of taxes on air, stop producing and put SDG stickers everywhere to mitigate this highly plausible phenomenon!

And the band played on ... and on ... and on.

Could someone please change the CD!

Gotta stop global warming if you live in Russia. Wouldn’t want those temperatures to rise above -10°C.

Its surreal what what's happening right now. I honestly didn't think I would see WW3 in my lifetime but here we are. Do you think Putin is with the WEF or just finds using their authoritarian tactics useful? Meanwhile back here in America people are fist fighting in the streets over Israel/Palestine stuff that they dont really understand. Plus the American right just went ape shit berserk ,30 days ago they were for free speech, once Hamas did their thing they became authoritarian right wing morons just like the Lefties.

The Earth is burning not from carbon but from bombs, bullets, and drones. Take heed, the pyschopathic gangster international financiers are becoming increasingly more desperate, hence are brazenly displaying their brutality in Gaza as a message to "all" who dare oppose the Global Empire.

Russia has the ability to reach that goal without significantly reducing quality of life. It has abundant fossil AND nuclear resources.

2060 is far away, ancient history in terms of modern electoral-and-geo-politics.

Right now, reducing carbon is net plus in terms of electoral and geo politics. Makes Putin look like a cooperative chap.

In 2060, who knows if that agreement will still stand... or even be remembered?

Climate is a new religion...

Note that historically scholars were able to have debates and discuss conflicts between science and religion, between different religions, within major religions etc.

And we are yet to see ONE big conference on the world stage where different opinions about climate issues would be debated..

This new religion has been quietly spreading from insignificant positive motto to the point where our daily lives will be dictated by various manufactured climate crises - without there ever been a proper discussion about its validity.

And we all know why there isn't a proper discussion.

Do we know if Russia's elected officials just receive the prepared text from the BRICS and sign it into law, as if it was their idea, or do they actually write "their own" legislation but in a way that it matches what they've been told to do by BRICS? If Russian officials actually took the time to write all this themselves, I guess those would have to be bought (supported financially); if they just put their name on it not knowing what's in there, it's probably business as usual.

I understand that Russia is a BRICS member but I assume it was hardly involved in writing the "joint declaration" - which contains WEF newspeak like "rules-based multilateral trading system with the World Trade Organisation" or "sustainable transition to a low carbon and low-emission economy".
