Russian doctor warns against "totalitarian" pandemic treaty, says Bill Gates is a freak

Longtime readers of this blog will surely remember Russian physician and whistleblower, Dr. Denis Ivanov. Ivanov is a member of Russia’s Doctors for Truth and has been a tireless campaigner against Virus Tyranny here in Russia.
Your humble Moscow correspondent had the honor of meeting and interviewing this distinguished gentleman in December.
Well, we chanced upon a recent video in which Ivanov shared his thoughts about the upcoming World Murder Assembly in Geneva, and decided to relay some highlights. Please note this is a rushed/abridged translation.
What is going to happen at this so-called 75th World Health Assembly? It is planned to [discuss] the so-called pandemic agreement, which will gives almost unlimited powers to the WHO. That is, when they declare a pandemic in a country, then within 48 hours under this agreement, an emergency regime is introduced in the territory.
Let me remind everyone who still does not know that the World Health Organization has actually abolished the concept of a pandemic. The definition of a pandemic has been changed. As a result, anything can now become a pandemic, even atherosclerosis [a thickening or hardening of the arteries caused by a buildup of plaque in the inner lining of an artery, caused by smoking, diabetes, being a tub of lard, etc.].
One of the WHO’s main sponsors is Bill Gates, a person who has certain mental abnormalities. I say this, as a doctor, from observing his statements, his body movements and facial expressions. Well, by and large, if you watch him even with the sound off, you may notice some inadequacy. And when we start listening to what he is saying, it becomes a little scary.
[When a pandemic is declared], the WHO will control all “life-saving” measures. No governments, no legislative bodies will have any power. We saw something similar happen in 2020, when this hysterical psychosis began.
In our country, only the instructions of Tedros’ henchmen are carried out. Manuals come, instructions come, recommendations that must be followed… These are psychopaths, I can't call them anything else, and they are interested in forwarding the interests of Big Pharma, and totalitarian control. Well, here they can say to me, listen, Doctor, well, what are you talking about? Well, what kind of totalitarian control? I’ll explain further… Everyone is so happy and delighted that they collect cryptocurrencies, that they have cards, that they easily pay with mobile phones. These are all links of the same chain. This is one big concentration camp. You didn't get an injection? Nothing works for you and it won’t work. You can't leave the house. If someone thinks that this is nonsense, then please ask: what is happening now in China?
We have already seen this kind of nonsense, remember, when Moscow mayor Sergey Sobyanin said in June [2021], that it was necessary to introduce digital passes. They abandoned therapies, medical approaches and principles of treatment of infectious diseases that have been in place for decades. Supposedly none of this works now. Instead he introduced digital passes.
Actually, it’s not a joke. Bill Gates and his henchmen, who are doing all this, are trying to do it all again. And so, the signatories of this pandemic treaty will essentially betray the national interests of their own countries.
They are now announcing the discovery of new viruses. And we need to prepare for the fact that there will be another “outbreak”. Yes, it doesn't matter what of. They will come up with a virus.
