"Russian medicine is controlled by the WHO"
A conversation with Russia's Independent Association of Doctors
I recently had the honor and privilege of interviewing Dr. Alina Lushavina, the head of Russia’s Independent Association of Doctors.
Before I share this thought-provoking interview with you, I would like to provide some background about Dr. Lushavina’s group, and where it “fits” into the medical freedom movement in Russia as a whole.
Like in the West, the medical freedom movement in Russia includes a truly diverse array of organizations and advocacy groups, which, despite their differences, are all in agreement that the “pandemic” was a massive, murderous, WHO-instigated scam.
Don’t be fooled by the vapid, neutered, cattle-tagging, vax-shilling, WHO-loving, oligarch-serving Uniparty (United Russia): Russia boasts an impressive variety of patriotic sociopolitical groups, which span the ideological spectrum.
On the “right” side of this spectrum you’ll find Orthodox/conservative groups, such as the family values advocacy organization OUZS (co-chaired by Katyusha’s Andrei Tsyganov).
Broadly speaking, these types of groups are pro-Putin, but are in a permanent state of war with perceived globalist lackeys and Western bootlickers in the Russian government—including in Putin’s inner circle.
But this worldview is far from the most extreme among the Russia’s WHO-hating religious far-right. (The Orthodox radicals at Third Rome casually refer to the Kremlin as a “Synagogue of Satan”. Well, you get the idea…)
On the opposite end of this spectrum are the neo-Soviets. Instead of calling for the return of the Tsar, they advocate for a horizontal power structure—Soviet-inspired “people’s councils,” etc. They also hate the WHO.
There are also groups that combine elements of both ideological poles, like Sergey Kurginyan’s Essence of Time movement (which operates an excellent media outlet, Red Spring).
Then there are apolitical organizations, which have attracted medical professionals and activists from across the ideological spectrum. Doctors for Truth, as an example.
Dr. Lushavina’s Independent Association of Doctors is affiliated with the All-People’s Union of the Revival of Russia, a far-left neo-Soviet movement that has not exactly been embraced by the Russian government.
(The irony is that despite being targeted for their alleged “radicalism”, the association has repeatedly tried to work within the Russian legal system in order to affect positive change—maybe that’s what makes them so radical?)
Anyway. Despite their ideological differences, the members of Russia’s medical freedom movement are in unanimous agreement that:
COVID vaccines, including Sputnik V, are neither safe nor effective.
The WHO exerts outsized influence over Russia, and Moscow must immediately withdraw from this horrible, health-destroying organization.
Moscow’s “pandemic response” has had catastrophic consequences, which probably haven’t been fully realized yet.
I’m pointing all this out because unfortunately there is a tendency among Internet Lurkers to obsess over petty points of disagreement, or ideological differences.
I don’t like this. I think we should be celebrating the fact that people all over the world, from across the ideological spectrum, have been able to work together to push back against one of the largest and most destructive global scams in recorded human history.
The Independent Association of Doctors has arguably done more than any other group in Russia to raise awareness about the disastrous effects of “vaccines” and other WHO-endorsed “public health” measures.
In July 2021, the association wrote to various ministries and federal organizations asking for the composition of Sputnik V, as well as information about deaths among vaccinated Russians. Their inquiries were stonewalled.
They also compiled a list of more than 1,000 deaths linked to Sputnik V and other Russian COVID vaccines.
The group was one of several organizations that protested the Ministry of Defense’s announcement that mobilized citizens would be subjected to a preexisting compulsory vaccination policy.
In October 2022, I published a translation of their letter to Putin requesting that this decision be reversed.
(There was every reason to take the threat of mandatory vaccination for mobilized soldiers at face value, since compulsory COVID vaccination in the Russian military started long before it was “officially” decreed in June 2021, and continued right up to the beginning of the SMO.)
Thankfully—probably partly due to public outcry—the Defense Ministry decided the “epidemiological situation” with COVID no longer warranted mandatory injections.
The association is still very active, as you will soon learn from Dr. Lushavina.
Sorry for the long introduction.
With all that out of the way, let’s move on to the interview (which was translated from Russian, with light edits for clarity).
In a recent drug safety report, the Russian government acknowledged that around 60% of the 61,000 adverse events registered last year were attributed to coronavirus vaccination. There were not further details (and we don’t know exactly which “vaccines” caused these side effects, although by 2022, Sputnik V was really the only COVID vaccine being widely used in Russia). Do you think this “official” figure is representative of the actual safety risks associated with Sputnik V?
Concerning the safety of the drug Sputnik V, I can say the following: For three years we have been publishing articles and reports showing this vaccine is not only unsafe, it is harmful to the health of our citizens, and leads to autoimmune diseases, thrombosis and deaths.
Our organization is a group of practicing physicians, and on March 20, 2020, when the coronavirus pandemic was first announced in Russia, we hosted a live broadcast stating that we, as physicians, do not agree with the decisions of our authorities.
We provided scientific facts that coronavirus is nothing more than an acute respiratory viral infection, and all measures—masks, restrictions, lockdowns and vaccination—would have no positive effect on disease statistics and mortality. Not only that, but restrictions would lead to an increase in deaths, and an exacerbation of serious chronic diseases, including in the elderly.
We opposed the development and deployment of coronavirus “vaccines”, and to this day, Russia is still struggling with the consequences of these drugs.
The fact is that these vaccines were created using new RNA and DNA technology.
These vaccines contain foreign proteins, which change the human genome. The body becomes genetically modified and begins to produce huge amounts of foreign spike proteins, which lead to thrombosis and autoimmune diseases.
Not only that, the genetically modified organism begins to view its own cells as alien and attacks them—this leads to autoimmune diseases such as brain inflammation, encephalitis, polyneuropathy, multiple sclerosis, and thrombosis. This can result in strokes and heart attacks.
Earlier attempts to create a vaccine against coronavirus were made worldwide—and all of them failed because of the ADE effect, or antibody-dependent enhancement.
In experiments on rodents, it was shown that after being vaccinated against the coronavirus, mice began to produce so many antibodies that they affected their own cells, leading to death. That is, all the vaccinated mice simply died. These studies were conducted for 20 years—and all ended in the death of the rodents.
When the new coronavirus vaccines were created—and I'll tell you, all the vaccines are exactly the same, Sputnik, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, they all work in the same way—none of them underwent proper, long-term testing on animals. After the creation of these vaccines, they went almost straight to human testing. Which is illegal.
Before the arrival of coronavirus, vaccine trials were supposed to take at least five years, with different phases of research, and different groups of patients.
But the coronavirus vaccines are just the beginning, because the WHO and the Russian authorities have already said we need to move to new forms of vaccines, namely genetically engineered ones. And soon all vaccines will be based on RNA and DNA—in essence, this is not vaccination at all. It is a change in the human GENOTYPE. The Great Medical Experiment.
By the way: There are gynecologists in our association, including gynecologists from Kazakhstan, and after studying vaccinated patients, we came to the conclusion that these vaccines also cause infertility.
We have been documenting all this, and other facts, in our publications for three years now.
In our country, no detailed information about reported side effects of vaccines are publicly available!
But we have collected our own extensive statistics about the consequences of vaccination.
Dr. Alexander Redko recently submitted a request to the Ministry of Health asking for the results of the Phase III trial for Sputnik V, which have been withheld from the public. Your organization has also petitioned the Ministry of Health (and other agencies) for information about this “vaccine”. Can you tell us about this process, and the responses you’ve received? Has there been any progress towards greater transparency and accountability?
We have been locked in legal battles with our government for three years now.
In 2020, we started sending hundreds of letters, petitions, and demands to the president, the prosecutor’s office, and the Ministry of Health.
When we received no response, we sued. We sued the government twice in the Supreme Court.
We demanded that the coronavirus’ status as a uniquely dangerous infection be canceled, and requested an end to the restrictive mask regime. The court received several thousand similar demands as part of a “collective claim”.
Unfortunately, we lost both cases.
After that, we wrote ten scientific reports, in which we demonstrated that coronavirus restrictions had no medical benefit, and are useless. And we wrote several opinions on vaccines, showing that these drugs were dangerous.
We also included these documents in a suit against the Ministry of Health, which bypassed Russian laws in order to register Sputnik V.
Our lawsuit was rejected, and we were told that our rights had not been violated—”if you don't want to get injected, don’t complain”.
When we received this answer, we sued regional governors all over the country with demands to cancel compulsory vaccination and coronavirus restrictions, including QR codes (vaccine passports).
The lawsuits continued for several months, but eventually these restrictions were canceled in the weeks after the war in Ukraine started.
On May 25, 2023, we filed a complaint with the Investigative Committee, demanding that Health Minister Mikhail Murashko, Anna Popova, the head of Rospotrebnadzor, and Alexander Gintsburg, the creator of Russia’s Sputnik V, face criminal charges for murder.
We submitted a list of 1,000 documented cases of people killed by the coronavirus vaccine, and demanded a criminal case be opened against them. So our work continues.
The World Health Organization recently announced that COVID is no longer a global health emergency. What would you say is the “legacy” of this “pandemic” in Russia?
The legacy we are left with is the exacerbations of chronic diseases, a huge number of vaccine victims, and those who died from improper treatment for the coronavirus.
But the interesting thing is that statistically you are more likely to die from a traffic accident than from coronavirus. So it is not a particularly dangerous infection.
But the WHO dictatorship of medical fascism has not ended. They are already preparing new epidemics, so we need to be on guard. After all, our authorities are preparing to sign a new pandemic agreement. In case of new epidemics, we will be fully subordinate to the WHO. This is part of Russia’s colonial regime, and the hidden occupation of our country.
Could you give some examples of the WHO’s influence in Russia? There are many activists in Russia who demand Moscow withdraw from this organization. Do you think this is a real possibility?
All of our communications with the Russian authorities have resulted in the same response: “We cannot change our decision, because the WHO has decided this, and we must obey this organization”.
Russian medicine is not controlled by the President, or the Minister of Health, but rather by the WHO.
Yes, we will continue to demand our country’s withdrawal from the WHO. It is possible to leave this organization if our country is freed from the current colonial regime.
We are not only subordinate to the World Bank, the IMF, and other world organizations. Our country already belongs to an organization called the World Organization of “United Cities and Local Governments” (UCLQ)—another sign that Russia is a colony. So we don’t just need to withdraw from the WHO, we must also leave other global organizations.
As for the WHO, I can say that not just Russia, but the whole world should distrust this organization, and declare them criminals. They must be brought to justice—all countries must file a motion of no confidence against this organization.
Unfortunately, it has been made untouchable, but every dictatorship has always ended with a popular trial—this only requires the unification of the masses.

......so much for "Informed Choice". HAS to make one wonder, eh?
And they can't understand the lack of trust. It's laughable.
"After all, our authorities are preparing to sign a new pandemic agreement."
I assume she is referring to the infamous WHO Pandemic Treaty? Treat-y as in: Do what we say then we'll treat you fair. Or else... Dr. Gates sends his rapid response troops to your country to help with the decision-making process.
