Well that explains why - today - Twitter put up a firewall to my Substack post entitled 'A Short History of the War in Ukraine'. If you try to open the post from Twitter, a warning pops up saying - 'malicious link that could steal personal information'. HAH. When Twitter bans anyone, I see that as a good reason to check them out! Thank you Twitter for a backhanded compliment.
I'll play a devil's advocate this time... The argument that proponents of "Putin's benevolence" could use is that just like with Sputnik V vaccine released by Russia ahead of everyone else in the middle of 2020, used as a preemptive strike against the truly poisonous mRNA nanolipid concoction developed by Pfizer/Moderna/BioNTech, Russian UBS, that at this point is very lax, not demanding mandatory biometric registration or use, this is a preemptive strike against bio-digital control systems introduced around the world, starting with China.
Let's look at the situation objectively, without predetermined bias. Not a very popular position, I know... This is a fact that there is much less noise in Russian language social media about Sputnik V side effects than we see in the West in general about evil effects of Pfizer and Co. where media comments are rife with personal stories how people and those close to them suffered or died after receiving shots. Why is it so? Perhaps it has to do with the ongoing war in Russia, where people have bigger things to worry about than vaccine side effects. Maybe there are really less side effects from it (no benefits either) and let's face it, Russian Sputnik V and other developed in Russia to this date were not recognized as "COVID vaccines" by WHO, EU, US, Canada and the rest of the "civilized" world.
I'm writing all of this not to defend Russian ruling elites, that I think in big part, but not all are treasonous in respect of Russian people, but to take all complexity of the facts into account before we come to conclusions. About UBS we'll have to see how is it going to be used and if absence of registration in this system is going to become a reason for denying a government or a private company service.
OK, while I can ponder what Russian UBS law or denial to recognize Russian Sputnik V as a COVID vaccine by the West really mean, I can put forward facts now how Russian establishment has fleeced their own country for nearly a trillion dollars in 2022! Maybe it is to do with the "vaccine passports" that go with the jabs. That is the thing. Which technology is going to be introduced to track and control the citizens in a country. They could be tied in with CBDCs, so are key.
