The fall from liberalism to global technocracy
A conversation with Moldovan journalist Iurie Rosca
I had the great honor of interviewing Moldovan journalist Iurie Rosca, whose work has focused on exposing Western infiltration of the ex-Soviet world, while highlighting the dangers awaiting us all as American hegemony is replaced by global technocracy based on the “Chinese model”.
Apart from his work in journalism and publishing, Rosca led Moldova’s Christian Democratic People’s Party, and served as an MP in his nation’s parliament for four terms between 1994-2009. He was twice appointed Deputy Chairman of the Moldovan Parliament, and served as Deputy Prime Minister for Security Agencies.
A devout Orthodox Christian, Rosca is a staunch anti-communist, and after the fall of the Soviet Union became an anti-liberal opposed to the Collective West.
He ran several websites that were shut down in March 2022 by orders of Moldova’s Security and Information Service. He currently curates a popular Telegram channel where he publishes texts and videos translated into several languages. Rosca is also the author of several books in Romanian, Russian and French.
His latest essay, “Coming Soon: The Apocalyptic Phase of Technocracy And Transhumanism”, was published by Technocracy News in June.
Let’s begin!
Iurie, tell us about your background and your approach to journalism. You are the organizer of an annual conference in Moldova, is that correct?
I started my fight for freedom some 35 years ago against the Soviet Empire, and I continue to fight against the American Empire up to the present day. For me it is unacceptable to be affiliated to any center of power. Otherwise I cannot be a free journalist and make honest political analyses. I publish books written by some friends from abroad (especially from French dissidents). Some of these books are my own. I also work as a translator.
My unrelenting critiques of Western influence networks and Satanist globalism have made me a target of the United States and Brussels. I am an outspoken critic of the economic, political, cultural, informational and—more broadly—civilizational occupation imposed by the Western corporatocracy on the ex-communist space.
But unlike the vast majority of dissidents who are against Western hegemony, I am not affected by Sovietolatry, nostalgia for the communist regime, nor do I practice Putinomania as a form of neo-pagan adoration and intellectual blindness. This kind of syndrome is sometimes promoted by clever people who seek sponsorship from groups affiliated with Moscow. But such moral compromises are not for me. Clientelism and the mercenary spirit can be draped in noble intentions, but that does not change their essence.
In 2017, with a group of friends from the West and Russia, I organized an international conference called the Chisinau Forum. This platform has become a kind of think tank, resulting in close cooperation in the international alternative press.
The Forum organizes public conferences in various countries and has published several books by sovereigntist authors. Unfortunately, in the last three years we had to cancel our conference due to the false pandemic. But I hope we can reconvene the Chisinau Forum in September this year. The topic for this year’s event will be: ”UN AGENDA 21 and the GREAT RESET: The Fall from Liberalism to Technocracy and Transhumanism”.
In May you published a truly fascinating essay titled “How to overcome the paradigmatic deadlock” [which everyone should read—it’s a real eye-opener — Edward]. You begin this article with a very provocative statement: “Despite major conflicts between various countries, they are all submissively following the same globalist agenda”. Can you explain how you reached this conclusion? In what ways are the world powers following the “same globalist agenda”?
By 2020, especially after Russia condemned the 2014 coup in Kiev and took control of Crimea, I hoped that the Putin administration had decided to end Russia's unsettling status as a Western colony, as a banana republic of the globalist corporatocracy, as a supplier of raw materials to the rich countries of the West.
I even expected that there would be a purge of those who had been in control of the government’s economic and financial bloc, including the central bank, for over 30 years, and Moscow would offer a clear and distinct geopolitical alternative to the world.
But my expectations were in vain. The “Fifth Column” (the vast network of the Western-backed agents) remained intact in the state administration, and the mafia-type network of oligarchs continued to exploit Russia’s vast natural resources for their personal benefit, to the detriment of the country.
Donbass was abandoned for eight years, the assassination of the peaceful population in this region continued daily, and the Minsk agreements confirmed my fear that Russia did not have a leadership capable of manifesting itself as a real and effective alternative to the West.
The evolution of events in Russia has shown that in fact the Putin administration is only the docile executor of the orders of the “Russian plutocracy”. Under the current regime, the country could be called without exaggeration a “xenocracy” (rule by foreigners). And, as in all capitalist countries, the economic factor has subjugated the political factor, with statesmen being only puppets of capital.
The false pandemic launched in 2020 has confirmed beyond any doubt that Russia, like China and the other BRICS countries, are subject to a single command center.
This shadow world government imposes binding directives on all states through its command centers such as the WHO and GAVI. Global genocide, the destruction of the world economy, assassination by vaccine, the imposition of masks, the social distancing, lockdowns and self-isolation—these policies were met with resistance only in a number of African countries, whose leaders paid with their lives. Belarus and Sweden also partly resisted.
In the summer of 2020, Klaus Schwab released his infamous book “Covid-19: The Great Reset”, a manifesto of demonic technocracy’s reorganization of the world economy, liquidation of private property, genetic modification, and total surveillance of humanity. I called this new reality at the international level “the end of classical geopolitics”.
The false pandemic has exposed the total obedience of false power centers claiming to be an alternative to the “Collective West”, there are many more indications that those economic, diplomatic and even military conflicts between states do not cancel out, but only divert public attention from the existence of a single international agenda, valid for all countries without exception. The name of this agenda has been well known since the 1992 Rio Earth Summit, which established a single development strategy for all the world's countries. But even after three decades, many of us failed to detect this new geopolitical reality.
Since then, globalist circles have imposed the myth of climate change, the biodiversity trap, and the technocratic “Sustainable Development” diversion on all mankind. All of these initiatives have been launched against us with tsunami-like force—especially after 2020. I wrote about this common agenda for the whole of mankind in my last essay, which was published by Technocracy News.
So while Satanist forces have subordinated the whole world to them, promoting their agenda through the UN, you have to be blind or mercenary to not see that even after the beginning of the war in Ukraine, there was no change in the internal policy of the Putin administration with regards to Moscow’s ongoing implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development—not to mention the massive digitization of society, total supervision and control over citizens, the elimination of cash, and the policy of implementing digital currency, etc., etc.
A superficial perception of the West-East conflict places us on the side of Eastern countries. But it is important to remember that the West has become global, managing to colonize the whole world. States are currently undergoing a dramatic process of de-sovereignization, and the world’s true leaders are being brought together within extraterritorial entities ( Big Money, Big Tech, Big Pharma, Big Media, etc.).
This is why I argue we are in a geopolitical stalemate, which only a war could help us escape from. No one wants a war, but globalists have concentrated a massive technological arsenal that could easily control all countries and every human in the world. Only a major rupture can provide a chance to destroy the current system of world domination. Everything else is propaganda for fools, and an opportunity for profiteers to make more money.
In the same essay you describe Beijing as an emerging economic and political power. But you also caution that China is “a pilot project, a model of society that would be imposed on all states.” How would you describe the “Chinese model”?
To understand the role assigned by the globalist elite to China, we need to return to Henry Kissinger’s secret visit to Beijing in July 1971, followed by President Richard Nixon's official visit in February 1972.
Not coincidentally, Kissinger is known as a faithful ally of one of the most sinister characters of the 20th century, David Rockefeller. It was Rockefeller who founded the famous Club of Rome in 1968, which produced in 1972 the odious report “The Limits to Growth”. This document is the key to understanding the Malthusian strategy of depopulation, but also to understanding the deindustrialization of Western countries. With the penetration of globalists into China, a special operation of a colossal scale to destroy the economic force of the West, through the famous policy of deregulation, was launched.
The escape of capital and industries from Western countries to China and other Asian countries as a result of major transformations in economic policies have weakened the West and produced the “Chinese miracle”. Let us remember that the globalist elites have no loyalty to any state, being extraterritorial par excellence and pursuing a single strategy—world domination. The British Empire, then the American one, were used for this same purpose—and now China’s era of world triumph has arrived.
To help demonstrate how China is a geopolitical instrument in the hands of globalist “Rockefeller brand” elites, we can consult a key document: the 2010 annual report of the Rockefeller Foundation, which serves as an excellent example of predictive programming by accurately prophesizing the Covid-19 Plandemic a decade before it arrived.
This report, “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development”, has a very interesting chapter, Lock Step, which has been quoted thousands of times since the beginning of Covid-19 scam (if you haven’t yet, please read pages 18-26). This report envisions, down to the smallest details, most of what we witnessed 10 years later, including the fact that the “virus” appeared in China. And the report correctly forecasted that Chinese medical tyranny (masks, lockdowns, quarantines, etc.) would be hailed for its “efficiency”.
Praise from the Rockefeller criminal syndicate for China’s handling of the “medical emergency” can be described as Beijing’s apotheosis. China was and remains to this day the most important tool for ushering in global governance and the New World Order.
A few other examples of the “usefulness and the efficiency” of China’s so-called communist, but in fact technocratic, regime: Do you remember Event 201? As if by accident, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security—a university that has been a tool of the Rockefeller clan for the past century—in partnership with the World Economic Forum (the main entity of globalists) and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (the key player in vaccine mass-murder at the international level, and a main player in Big Pharma, including GAVI) hosted this high-level “pandemic exercise” on October 18, 2019, in New York. It was the last training session for the globalist demonic elite before the Covid-19 special operation. Again, as if by accident, health authorities from both the US and China were present.
And once again, purely by accident (predicted at least twice, in 2010 and in 2019) the sinister Covid-19 scam started in China. And as expected, China was praised by globalists such as Soros, Gates, and Schwab for its effectiveness in fighting the false pandemic.
One more example of China’s alleged sovereignty, and economic miracle: Recently Beijing was visited by a beloved friend of the Chinese people, Bill Gates. As Reuters reported:
Chinese President Xi Jinping called Bill Gates “an old friend” and said he hoped they could cooperate in a way that would benefit both China and the United States, in Xi’s first meeting with a foreign entrepreneur in years.
But actually, the most recent event that confirms Beijing’s main role in the globalist agenda was the WEF’s Annual Meeting of the New Champions, held on June 27-29th in Tianjin, China.
Taking into account all of the above, it is vitally important to understand the role assigned by the globalist-Satanist elite to China in the New World Order. China is the pilot project of world technocratic tyranny, which they hope to impose on absolutely all countries, under a single center of power that controls the world—most likely by 2030, as set out in the UN Agenda adopted in 2015 in Paris, which ultimately imposes the myth of climate change, the draconian idea of “sustainable development”, and puts an end to any remaining national sovereignty and personal freedoms.
Total control of each person, the end of any kind of political, economic or ideological liberty, transhumanism, digital totalitarianism, mandatory vaccination, genetic modification of all humans, and weather manipulation.
This will be a dystopian regime on an international scale, dominated by demonic forces that pretend to better organize our lives.
The humorous part of this disturbing plan with China-modeled happiness for all nations—embraced by Russia’s leadership and propagandists—is the so-called One Belt One Road project.
Could any of this be an occasion for joy for a patriot, for an intellectual familiar with the idea of economic domination as a precondition for political, cultural and civilizational domination? If China, and not the United States, is the vehicle for imposing a new global order, does this mean we should surrender our independence, our national identity, culture and traditions? Should we give up on hopes of national sovereignty, of creating regional blocs focused on common civilizational ideas with roots in the same religious tradition?
As we witness this unprecedented tragicomedy for human history, I feel sorry for those who claim that China would be a positive alternative to American and Western Hegemony, which obviously embodies one of the greatest evils the world has known. But imagine what is coming: A worldwide digital GULAG based on the Chinese model, with total surveillance, with prisons full of dissidents, with social rating scores and state terrorism—I don't think this is a desirable alternative for a normal person who hasn’t prostituted himself to the globalists in the West, Russia or China.
In fact, it’s amusing that the Kremlin seriously pretends to be Beijing’s “ally”. Russia could be more accurately described as China’s vassal.
It is enough to simply look at trade between the two countries. We can determine Russia has escaped its role as a Western semi-colony in favor of the same kind of arrangement with China, and partly with India and Turkey.
What is the current situation in Moldova with regards to technocracy and medical tyranny introduced by the “pandemic”? Are there any mainstream or grassroots efforts to resist initiatives championed by the WHO, WEF, and other globalist organizations?
At present, the political regime in Moldova is completely controlled by the Americans, more precisely by the Soros network. Inflatable dolls without personality, without biography, without any political or administrative capacity, but loyal to Western masters. The rulers promote an aggressive policy towards Moscow, posing as a faithful ally of the Zionist regime in Kiev.
When the false pandemic was launched in 2020, the so-called socialists led by President Igor Dodon, who was the favorite of the Putin administration, were in power. And just as Putin and his regime have shown total subordination to the WHO Satanists, so has the puppet regime in Chisinau, violently imposing the same terror, including forced injections, using a medical pretext.
After the pro-Russian regime was succeeded by the pro-Western regime led by Maia Sandu, who served as president in November 2020, the same policy of medical terror was promoted under the pretext of the false pandemic. There was no difference.
In general, the entire political spectrum, from left to right, has embraced the WHO’s agenda. The same homogeneity exists with the economic policies imposed through the IMF, the World Bank, the WTO, the EU, etc.
Today’s politicians are the irremediable captives of the liberal economic paradigm, with the myth of free trade, control over inflation, lending, customs, fiscal, and budgetary policies dictated from outside by the “Washington Consensus”.
On the other hand, the political process itself does not exist. There is only dirty money, coming from either outside power centers or local mafia groups, which turn into successful media and political projects. If you have money, you are a successful “politician”, if not, you are a loser.
You’re quite critical of Moscow. Whose “side” are you on in the Ukraine war? Who holds ultimate responsibility for this conflict, and what is to be done?
This war is only a link in a long chain of historical events. The roots of the conflict can be traced back to the well-known obsession of the See Power, the thalassocracy or the Anglo-Saxons, to destroy Russia as a Land Power, as a Tellurocracy—a state whose power derives from land-based military or commercial dominance (Carl Schmitt).
This conflict is part of what is called geopolitical constants. And it doesn’t matter who is in power in Russia—Tsar Nicholas II, Stalin, or Putin.
Russia’s enemies have three goals:
Spiritual - the destruction of Orthodoxy.
Economic - taking control of Russia’s vast natural resources.
Military - to dominate Eurasia.
As Sir Halford J. Mackinder explained: “Whoever controls Eastern Europe controls the Heartland; whoever controls the Heartland rules the World Island; whoever rules the World Island rules the world”.
Of course, Russia is in a defensive war, and Ukraine is used by NATO in this proxy war. But the way Putin’s administration presents itself shows that Russia has a gerontocratic, inert, outdated leadership, dominated by oligarchs and massively influenced by foreign agents. By botching what could have been a successful blitzkrieg, Russia is now stuck in a protracted war that is causing colossal human sacrifice on both sides.
Power succession in Moscow through elections is impossible, a coup is undesirable, Putin and Shoigu awakening from their collective lethargy is unimaginable, and the appearance of patriotic feelings among the ruling class is very difficult to believe.
And as always throughout Russian history, all hope is with God. I know that heaven is full of Russian saints, martyrs, and heroes who pray for the salvation of Russia. I know that Russia has not entirely lost its manhood, and this war is shaping a new generation of heroes, who will also have their say in the major political changes that will follow in Russia.
I still hope for the defeat of Russia’s enemies, and the triumph of the Christian and patriotic spirit—despite all the depressing developments.
