As for for St. Petersburg - I'm in shock. However, we'll need to see how in reality people and business owners there are going to behave in the face of new restrictions. Similar rules introduced earlier in November in Tatarstan's capital, the city of Kazan', caused a huge uproar. There were even fights with controllers in public transit, that started to demand QR codes as proof of vaccination before allowing people to continue their trip. While officially restrictions were not removed by Kazan's mayor, it looks like there authorities became much less zealous in demanding the "real" QR code. Many Russians had to become very proficient in their use of Photoshop software! However, cheating, ignoring and avoiding is not a long term strategy, population of Russia will need to think long and hard how to get current rulers that are leaching on country's immense natural resources while following orders from globalist cabal from abroad out of power.
Here is a short video how a retired woman in Kazan' without a QR code, but with with her vaccination certificate is storming the entrance of a mall to be able to get to the banking machine to get cash.
