If palm oil is unhealthy are there other options?
The following are some oils that are primarily used for food preparation and not as an inexpensive unhealthy additive:
Dr. Mercola says, “Of all the available oils, coconut oil is the oil of choice for cooking because it is nearly a completely saturated fat, which means it is much less susceptible to heat damage. And coconut oil is one of the most unique and beneficial fats for your body.”
Olive oil is a great oil for taste and health, but never heat it over 250 F because it will become oxidized and do more harm than good.
Grass-fed butter or ghee are great healthy options for cooking at higher temperatures, as is avocado oil, which also makes a great dressing for salads and vegetables.
In fact, Dr. Axe says, “Avocado oil has even received prescription drug status in France because of its proven ability to counter the negative effects of arthritis!”
Off-topic (maybe): The University of Tennessee Wound Clinic recommends slathering organic coconut oil on dry skin. Personally, I pull on a pair of surgical gloves and rub it on my old feet every three days. It keeps me from revisiting the Wound Clinic.
There may be issues other than the "health-fulness" of palm oil involved here. Maybe.
It seems that a manufacturer (contracted by a company to produce said product) may choose to "substitute" the palm oil in place of butter - (without a company's authorization) thereby increasing profits .....as well as sacrificing quality (and more than just a bit).
My guess is, it's a bit of both - health and quality.
True, what I find ironic is that in the US for years everyone was told to use margarine as a substitute for butter in order to maintain a lower cholesterol level and now nutritionist say butter is healthier than margarine as margarine causes heart attacks.🥺
MY PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE BEEN KEEPING UP AND RESEARCHING FOR MORE OVER 25 YEARS AND IT STILL HAS GOTTEN WORSE! IT SEEMS THE MORE ONE DISCOVERS AND BRINGS LIGHT TO THE ISSUES THE MORE ISSUES ARE ADMITTED AND STREAM OFF THOSE RESPONSIBLE LIKE WATER OFF A DUCKS BACK!
Dr Mercola may be right on the coconut oil, but he still adheres to the lie that "virus" exists instead of researching all the data that no virus has ever been isolated. "Virus"is another big lie of the PTB. but thanks for all these oil tips.
Mercola's recomenndations are tricky to follow, because Omega-6 is EVERYWHERE, in walnuts, oilive oil and even avacados. I f you watched his video, however, you know that macadamia nuts are excellent. And you can get good quality olive oil, by only buying California approved, because the state standards are stricter than European ones, whose oils have been badly adulterated. I eat avocados, but I wouldn't touch the oil. Here's a healthy black pill to keep your hopium level under control:
That would be the target....but it's not simple, as you can see from Berg's chart showing that the best foods are only 1:1. And Mercola thinks you should be doing even better. The due diligence I recommended above is on top of all that. Algae supplements & mackerel are about the only common foods that have enough Omega-3's to dominate the Omega-6 consumed in even a well-intentioned diet.

Chinese top diplomat Wang Yi says China will always be defending the existing world order, and is "ready to strengthen collaboration with all UN agencies and work for the realization of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development on time":
"BEIJING, June 29 (Xinhua) -- Wang Yi, director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met with Amina Mohammed, Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, on Thursday in Beijing.
Wang, also a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, said that China has always firmly supported the cause of the UN as a founding member. China will always be a builder of world peace, a contributor to global development and a defender of the international order, no matter where China is in history or what stage of development China has reached.
China firmly supports the central role of the UN in international affairs, firmly advocates and practices genuine multilateralism, and firmly upholds the basic norms governing international relations based on the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, Wang said.

Chinese Premier recently met with Klaus Schwab at the sidelines of the "Summer Davos" event in China. Schwab, among other things, said that the WEF is willing to deepen the partnership with China:
"TIANJIN, June 26 -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang met with Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Klaus Schwab in Tianjin on Monday.
Li noted that the WEF plays an important role in promoting global economic cooperation, and that cooperation between China and the WEF has continued for more than 40 years and has yielded fruitful results. The WEF has not only provided a good platform for exchanges between Chinese and foreign business communities, but has also opened a window for mutual understanding between China and the world.
...
China will remain committed to its path of peaceful development, advance its high-level opening-up, and share development opportunities with other countries, Li said. China is ready to work with all parties to build an open world economy and a community with a shared future for humanity, Li added.
For his part, Schwab said the WEF highly appreciates the important contributions China has made to fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, promoting global economic growth, and promoting global poverty reduction. The whole world benefits from China's development.
Schwab said the WEF is willing to deepen its partnership with China, encourage all parties to strengthen communication, enhance mutual trust and expand cooperation, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, jointly address climate change and other global challenges, and promote the building of a community with a shared future for humanity."
A question to the readers who understand the Russian language better than me: Western media are predicting an incident at Zaporizha nuclear power plant. While it is not certain yet when and what will happen, the only possible explanation seems to be that madman Putin will have done it. While trying to understand, both sides are not very specific, except the one is 100% that for Russia it makes no sense to blow up a power plant they control in a region the want to keep, while the other is 100% sure that it will happen, because Russia is literally only one step away from a total defeat by the hands of the Ukrainian troops, and therefore wants to create as much chaos as possible.
In short: I don't understand enough and trust neither side. The predictions of the Russian invasion were right (Marko Marjanović could predict it, to the dismay of many kremlinophile bloggers); but some events seem less likely "predicted" than "created," and this migth be such a case as well.
Searching for the arguments, someone came up with the following points. He claims, Russia decided that
1. no nuclear accidents in the "new territories” would be investigated for 5 years.
2. Russia's nuclear agency would bear no responsibility for nuclear incidences.
3. Russian citizens affected by a nuclear incident would not receive compensation.
4. a St Petersburg company, specializing in cleaning-up disasters, would have just listed vacancies for doing nuclear disaster clean-up,
and concluded thus that Russia is going to blow up the power plant. He provided some links that should prove these claims:
1. Are these texts authentic and do they support these claims?
2. Is the situation what is claimed it is? (F.e. if you expect the enemy blowing up a nuclear power plant, it might make sense to prepare emergency medicine as well and also not hold the defenders of the plant responsible).

Riley, I found your conversation with Rolo about the Wagner group. Most interesting. You might be interested in. looking at a propaganda piece by the Wall Street Urinal about the Wagner group period I think you could do a very interesting analysis of this piece of propaganda. Here's the link to the video:
I think it's worth a watch though I don't think he understands the overall NATO strategy. Ukraine is a kamikaze attacker and met achieve the NATO aims while also being totally destroyed. He also is very fixated on the "1st line of defense" not being reached yet supposedly. Maybe this is true, but Russia is holding the exact same positions Ukraine built to hold out for 8 months in Bahkmut so why are they giving ground? Hard to believe there could be better defenses anywhere on the front, or maybe I'm missing something. Either way it does seem that Ukraine made good use of the coup to draw the Chechens to Rostov, so Russia will likely be playing catch-up for a while in Bahkmut.
So why couldn't the Ukies/NATO see that the counteroffensive would be a disaster? It isn't higher math. The Ukies have no air support: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SY-RGsH11NM
Of course they knew what would happen. So why? Perhaps as justification for NATO to move in as the poor Ukies need help to cleanse the land of the despicable Rooskies?
That could lead to serious trouble, which again is not entirely unforseeable.
I don't think war is that predictable, for instance they might have thought that the helicopters would still be lacking guided munitions (which could be in limited supply for all we know). It's a bit early to call this offensive a bust considering how many areas are getting pressure.
All the while they are adding more tools to the equation piece by piece; weapons companies making money and testing their capabilities. So far the war has been a win for NATO and they aren't risking much to push it as far as it can go without triggering nukes. Even if Ukraine ends up losing horribly there is plenty of upside, and there is no guarantee that will happen if they can get Ukrainians to keep on attacking indefinitely.
