Please understand that Russia introduced the PCR testing requirement to enter their country BEFORE Trump copied Russia's PCR entry requirement. I would have traveled to Russia by now except for this tyrannical PCR entry rule. Fortunately Russia finally abolished the PCR entry requirement when entering by train and car so I can finally go now before my Russian visa expires. I agree with you on Russia's "special military operation" however I personally do NOT mix apples and oranges.
