"QR codes are about fascism, not medicine"
An exclusive interview with Dr. Denis Ivanov, a member of Russia's Doctors For Truth
At the same time, the Russian government is doubling down on coercive vaccination. RT just released a “film” accusing activists who question the safety and efficacy of COVID vaccines of being “enemies of the people”—rhetoric once associated with 1930s firing squads.
What is happening in Russia? We are very grateful to Dr. Denis Ivanov—whom we met at a recent Doctors For Truth conference in Moscow—for taking the time to answer a few questions:
Why did you decide to get involved with Doctors For Truth?
Dr. Ivanov: I cannot live differently. Already at the beginning of 2020, I realized that everything that the Russian government was doing and everything that was happening in the world was aimed not at eliminating the outbreak of a new infection but instead designed to continue the pandemic for as long as possible. I have seen the ignorant and stupid actions of the authorities.
The more I understood this issue, the more I understood that there is no medicine here, but only politics. I began to actively talk about this using all available platforms. So I ended up with Doctors For Truth.
How does the Russian government monitor post-vaccination complications?
Dr. Ivanov: In no way. By verbal orders (an order that is given by telephone in conversation, and not on paper), the doctor is prohibited from writing down complications after experimental injections in the patient's medical history or medical records.
Do Russian doctors report suspected vaccine-linked side effects to health authorities?
Dr. Ivanov: Information is hidden.
Sputnik V is often described as “safe and effective.” Do you think this is an accurate claim?
Dr. Ivanov: This is a blatant lie. Information on complications, deaths and side effects is collected by people in chats and Telegram channels, here are just a few of them: https://t.me/smertiotvactsin
As for documenting deaths and health problems after “vaccination”. Materials and discussion can be found here:
(Ivanov provided us with a 43-page document listing suspected vaccine-linked deaths among healthcare workers in Russia. Most, if not all, of Russia’s regions have made vaccination compulsory for people working in healthcare.)
In your opinion, is there any health benefit to QR codes? Do you think the national QR code law will be passed by the State Duma?
Dr. Ivanov: The QR code system has nothing to do with health. QR codes are about fascism, not about medicine! They will accept it in the first reading and they have already done it.
The probability that it will be finally adopted is currently 50/50. Everything will depend on the activity of Russians, but the activity is now extremely high and the situation is rapidly maturing.
