On top of that, the big corporations get to wipe out small businesses, and these big corporations could have a bigger effect on the power dynamics due to their money and lobbyist influence. Who would you want on your side if your only goal is to get re-elected?
What I'm wondering is: if these "elites" wipe out a large part of the population, that means the only people left would be the rich, who had the resources to go on without the vax, or the smart ones who bought fake certificates or found a way to avoid vaxxing altogether for other reasons.

I have been thinking the same questions. I have ruled out the conflict between Russia and USA is theatre. Why risk the complete control they have on war. War is unpredictable.
