I am sure Dorsey knew what he was doing when he named his platform. I think it was probably the result of a bet. To "twitter" is to engage in meaningless drivel. Old ladies twitter on about this and that, serious matters perhaps to them, but no to anyone else. Now we have the leadership of the entire world "twittering" and we wonder what is wrong with the world. I have never used Twatter and never will, nor will I use Farcebook they are only a simulacrum of the real world yet we act as though the interactions that take place were actual life and death.
I can understand using to the tools of the enemy against them, just don't take this stuff seriously, but just remember each time you twat on twatter you are really being ridiculed.
