Well. It happened. Russia’s upper house of parliament passed a truly depraved law on biometrics that was rushed through the Duma earlier this week:

The 140-page text that United Russia voted on was published on the website of the State Duma late in the evening before the vote.
The reason for the fraud is obvious: as our analysis showed, only cosmetic, symbolic changes were made to the document, and all the problematic provisions that turn the Unified Biometric System into infrastructure for a digital concentration camp inspired by Klaus Schwab remained in the text.
Furthermore, even new dangerous language appeared in the text, which His Holiness [Patriarch Kirill] opposed - in particular, the possibility of collecting children’s biometrics. So far, the senators and the President of Russia have not said their word - we urge them to think carefully and not to include our country in the global project of digital transformers to build a new slave system.
