Riley, once again you don't get it. Unified Surveillance Platform does mean state surveillance of the population on behalf of the power structure in almost every nation. But in Russia, it's about the safety and well being of the population. Don't you trust Putin and his team members? And what's wrong with 5G? In Russia, it doesn't hurt anyone, it's not like it is in the collective West. :-)

Thanks, Riley! DAMN!

This is what every zealous faceless bureaucrat must have dreamed about for 5,000 years; Limitless data providing the means for total control.

[Yes, I was one of those faceless bureaucrats during my 18 months as a reluctant conscript]

Unfortunately for the bureaucratic dreamers the efforts of reducing people to numbers never worked out in the long run.

A datapocalypse will eventually bring it all down. A relentlessly fueled arms race with ever bigger systems gathering ever more data and creating even bigger systems to break down that data.

Your informative posts are appreciated as always.

The garden in the pic at the end is looking good my friend, nice work!

May your blood, sweat and tears be transformed into big harvests of delicious produce.

PS - Look around for this plant https://gavinmounsey.substack.com/p/day-four-yarrow? it is ubiquitous in temperate climates so should grow in Russia and it can help you with both the 5G radiation (it offers radioprotective benefits protecting your cells against the damage caused by artificial EMFs) and repelling the bloodsucking insects when applied topically (and the tea tastes great to boot as well!)

If you have tinnitus like I do , you can tell right away how strong the Electronic war is going. In Crimea its at a very very high level - almost drive you nuts some nights. But if you head, to say - Istanbul - for a time out , within a few days , you barely have any at all. But the morning you wake up back in Southern Russia with the electronic warfare staged by Nato, USA and Russia - it's off the charts. I doubt if any doctors would touch my research tho.

Edward, I doubt that I will live long enough to see this through...Agenda 2030...has VVP signed off from that? As I see it, we are headed down a very slippery path to what China has already; facial recognition cameras everywhere; digital currencies; credit scores and other measures to keep the citizens...."safe," or as it seems, under control.

Just recently, when Putin visited China, he signed a joint statement with China stating that they will '...accelerate the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development' along with the usual support for the UN, WHO and WTO:

"To this end, the two sides are willing to further promote their common principled stance, promote the construction of an open world economy, promote the process of economic integration in the Asia-Pacific region, promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, ensure the stability and smoothness of cross-border industrial and supply chains, and promote digitalization in the Asia-Pacific region. Green transformation and sustainable development will benefit the people of the region.

Russia speaks highly of the Global Development Initiative and will continue to participate in the work of the "Group of Friends of the Global Development Initiative". The two sides will continue to push the international community to focus on development issues, increase investment in development, deepen practical cooperation, and accelerate the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development."

I went on the French translation of that website and didn't find anything related about the UN 2030 agenda for SD. Where do I have to search specifically? I guess you have the same pages in English...

All I could find was traditional diplomatic "bla, bla" about cooperation between the two countries...

Hello!

China has some of these devises in some big cities but in most of the country, there are just nothing of that sort. It is to huge a country to be implemented everywhere. What would be the cost for having the tech devises? How financially profitable would it be? Would a country invest so much just to keep it's population in line?

I read and hear conflicting report about what is going on in China on that respect and some of them attest that the Chinese are much less compliant than the Europeans.

Do you have insider information?

I have just read an article which deals with China and a comparison with France, interesting and corroborating what I have already read elsewhere:

A lot of people walk around looking at the ground so that the facial recognition cameras can't lock on to their face.

The systems don't need faces. They can work on gait. Or, easier, whatever device you have in your pocket. Of course, if you don't ever do anything (wrong or not) what do you have to worry about?

There will always be people finding way to trick the tech, once it's limitations are known. As to Oracle answer (hello Oracle), gait can be faked and I say that from a martial artist, danse lover point of view. As to the electronic devices this is the point.

People chose to have them, nothing would happen if we rejected them. In France, the QR code used to segregate between the mnra injected and non injected has only been made possible because the people want (or are unable to get rid of them because hormonal addiction and strength of will to overcome it ) to have a smartphone.

No smartphone, no top down digital totalitarian control.

As to the camera world... Think of the maintenance of a grid which would enivitably age, defect... As I have already written:

The more complex, the more fragile.

Same in France man, it's Babylon. When I was in Island Réunion the kids I raised then didn't want to invite their friends because we didn't have electricity up in the mountains even if they like the life we had and never complained. That is why I moved to Africa... But then, war happened. Before moving definitely (I thought), I live Three years in a tent

Then we have a real contender for our child abusing "Elites". I think it's only a matter of time. That's why they want war and food chains NOW.

there is another way - Putin in January signed a decree that speeds up a path to Russian citizenship for foreigners who enlist in the country’s military. Those immigrants who sign a contract for at least a year and take part in active hostilities for at least six months are allowed to apply for citizenship without demonstrating sufficient knowledge of Russian or the fact that they’d lived in the country for five straight years under a residency permit. Spouses and children were also eligible to apply..

It will cost an arm and a leg, but if you survive, you can get that Russian citizenship :)

Alert!! There is a pyramid in Riley's garden! He must be an illuminati agent!

Otherwise Riley, how is the weather in your area ?

Here in Higher Bugey, gardening is becoming a little worrying since it is to cold to do anything serious if you don't have a greenhouse (pyramid shapes or not). i have tomatoes plant but I fear they would die because it is really to cold and for the same reason, and to much rain, I fear the seeds will go mouldy...

I have some Siberian cabbages as a last option and biodynamic corn from Austrian mountains as an option but at that point, the other vegetables are compromised...
