It seems the saline theory is probably correct, and even more complex than we first imagined.
These "public officials" can barely hide the level of hatred and disdain for the people. "Evidence? That's for the chosen ones, the peasants better inject and shut up"! They're too lazy to even try to put on a kind caring face and even maybe falsify some evidence. Hopefully that laziness does them in on this whole plan. They've been complacent for far too long stealing public funds.
