This war; er "Special Military Operation" is an unmitigated tragedy for both belligerents and underscores the wisdom of Karl Liebknecht's words when first written during the slaughter that was World War One: "The main enemy of every people is in their own country!"
Strelkov finally realising wars aren’t fought to be won but over leverage in business and political interests. I once thought pro wrestling was real so I can relate
I cannot thank the both of you enough, Edward and Underdog, for your query and response. I have just an hour ago, by a shot in the dark, landed on your page Edward and at first was disinclined to read such a long post of questions which I couldn't possibly scratch, and yet, when I read your response to The Daily Beagle's response I gave them a shot. What I did was read q.1 and then a.1, q.2 then a.2, etc. It would be a real service to mankind if they were side by side for the lazy. But, nonetheless, very enlightening. I wish I was a "somebody" who could effect real change after reading the two posts. I love you both.
The globalist bastards and the leaders of every single country hate us actual people who just want to live and love. We can not let them continue to kill us or other people who don't want to kill people. Killing is for killers and God does not want us to kill. First they make us crazy then they kill us or make us kill each other. How horrible to be one of them.
By reading your History of Russia and Ukraine, three part series, and especially your link to the now dissapeared but kept by the Way Back Machine, NED wide thorough program in Ukraine, it was clear that the CIA had already infiltrated all regions of Ukraine building a whole clientelar spider web extending from future leaders, to education, to administration and economic schools, to military, to media, funded by millions of dollars to fidelize thousands of upstarts in that country which will turn into the burocratic apparatus of the oligarchs who will take over on US behalf. Something that quite makes the SMO a very difficult operation from the start...
In your third part, as I left you there in the comments section, called my attention the explicit admission by one of the NED programs in the ending issues of the enumeration, on the instrumental character of the "pandemic" for "ongoing the reform of the healthcare system in Ukraine", a thing that has been in fact executed through the whole Europe at the same time, resulting in the de facto destruction of the remaining public health care systems, being the Ukraine experiment, as I envisioned immediately after the fascist Maidan coup, a general rehearsal with everything for a future European corporate fascist order in which peoples will be empoverished to the minimum expression on behalf of the extracting corporate elites which have placed their puppets all levels .
That was great. I might have misdirected my comment to you to Edward accidentally but it applies to both of you. Thanks so much for taking the time to have a dialogue about this. Cheers.
It seems like the Russian leaders may have gotten the kind of war they wanted, one that is sure to be prolonged and horrible. We may see all this as the prequel to Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four. All the oligarchs want war to control their own populations.
Forgive my ignorance but don’t Russians know that Putin was handpicked by Yelstin and signed off on by Clinton and co., and has been fulfilling his duties brilliantly in that capacity ever since? Same as the leadership in China after Nixon/Kissinger. In essence, it’s one big club, and ever surface level explanation for each subsequent crisis is a lie to cover up the globally-coordinated CLASS WAR against humanity by all the worlds’ governments, billionaires, central banks, etc., i.e., the transnational ruling class.
Read this piece by a very experienced American diplomat, Harald Malmgren, describing how Putin was coached by Kissinger and Primakov back in the early/mid 90's:
"In 1999, Vladimir Putin suddenly sprang from bureaucratic obscurity to the office of Prime Minister. When, a few months later, Yeltsin unexpectedly resigned and Putin was voted in as President, governments around the world were taken by surprise yet again. How could this unknown figure have amassed national voter support with so little media attention?
I had first met Putin seven years before and was not surprised by his rapid domination of the new Russia. We were introduced by Yevgeny Primakov, widely known as “Russia’s Kissinger”, who I had met in Moscow multiple times during the Cold War years when I advised Presidents Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon and Ford. Primakov was a no-nonsense thinker and writer. He was also a special emissary for the Kremlin in conducting secret discussions with national leaders around the world.
When Yeltsin tasked his advisor Anatoly Sobchak with identifying and recruiting Russia’s best and brightest, Putin, then a local politician in his hometown of St Petersburg, was top of his list — so Primakov took Putin under his wing to tutor him in global power and security issues. Eventually, Primakov introduced Kissinger to Putin, and they became close. That both Primakov and Kissinger took time to coach Putin on geopolitics and geosecurity was a clear demonstration that they saw in him the characteristics of a powerful leader. It also showed Putin’s capacity for listening to lengthy lessons on geopolitics — as I was soon to learn."
"The impression of Putin that I was left with was of a man who was more intelligent than most of the politicians I had met in Washington and in other capitals around the world. I was reminded of my childhood: I grew up in a predominantly Sicilian neighbourhood, with a mafia maintaining order. No disorganised crime allowed. Putin did seem to have the instincts of a Sicilian mafia boss: quick to reward but quick to pose mortal risk in the event of non-conformity to the family rules."
I would not expect any shrewd , Blood Russian leader or his administration to give up his country to a bunch of yahoos after how it was treated by the CWA in the 90s. I suspect that Putin's globalist education was indeed very personal and he listened so thoroughly, so thoroughly that he is now the most diplomatic leader in the World. with hypersonic missiles and nukes. Which means he surpassed his teacher , a long time ago. He is Not going to give up Russia without a knock downed dragged out battle. The Sovok populace is a trained populace and will back him - all the way - they are Russian. The younger Russians who have a taste fo traveling and working in the other parts of the world, are rather new to this freedom and they love it - A multi polar world for the Governments have be the same for the Populace - other wise we are back near 1945. my 2 rubles.
I think the main property for a "country leader" is to be weak and have the ability to be blackmailed. The Oligarchs need you by the balls. And they cannot tolerate people with a individual political opinion.
Take the money and do as we say sums it up. Of course it helps if these people are able to build trust in the sheeple.
Same with Merkel here in Germany. She was just there, coming from nowhere.
There never was any political direction or philosophy in her politics. It was impossible to tell what she stand for. Other than what the MM told us: "She represents German interests in Brussels very well". Of course, never any examples were given, it was just a constant 24/7 propaganda saying.
its obvious that Putin has no intentions of taking out Zelenzky or stopping the clot shots...the question is why? the answer appears to be he's just a puppet of the joo world order/ great reset crowd...
" . Eventually, Primakov introduced Kissinger to Putin, and they became close. 'it could end this war very quickly'
The krimelin rats fear rus nationalism, so entering a military economy is a nono
Their potential to be enslaved by brutal tyrants? Yeah i'm counting on that lol Russia is difficult to invade due to it's vastness... not the russians. The russians lost the first world war to the west, agent Lenin took care of business.
Tactical depth, very important. The nazis crushed europe because they could overrun the small nations with ease. Even at blitzkrieg speed the steppe goes on forever
''Here in the West, they hypocritically sell the soul for a dollar for the sake of self-interest, or exchange it for heartlessness as an unnecessary commodity.''
The whole thing is just a turf war between two criminal gangs. The kremlin mafia do not want to share their trough with the westerling swine. However there are kremlin swine who want to sell russia out to the west... for increased slop portions.
Dear Edward , at first when I read your resume' many years ao - I got hung-up on your work in Washington DC as in CIA. But years later - here you are , so I respect your journalist intelligence - which looks totally gone/ignored - in the States. I am glad you have the balls to write the Pravda. Bravo.!
I've always seen - President Putin, Medvedev and much of the Russian Administration as Globalist leaders that Have to interact with the other Globalist. in order to make sure Russians prevail - otherwise we will look like the poor Ukrainians. No offense. Since I started working in Ukraine in 08 , I have had enough time to reflect on those times. I enjoyed the Ukrainian people back then - immensely. Once 2014 hit, and the Zionist US, Israeli Oligarchs and other pulled off the Maidan - and yes , I was still here- things went South and I'll admit that it took me a couple years or three to figure it all out.
President Putin and his Administration will do Everything in their Power to keep the Russian Federation intact - First. Which means there will be gives and takes in every matter including Donbas, Luhansk and Novo Rossiya { Tavrida} . Unfortunately these areas had to suffer a whole lot for those years, before the globalist timing was right , in order to succeed in the downing of the West.. I've been here long enough , I was in Nam with the Americanos, and so I have the same feelings on many of your more than valid/ gut wrenching questions , and ya Donbas paid a very high price , but Putin and Russia weren't ready in 2015, 16 .... etc. My 2 rubles worth - Спасибо
Many people go to DC for work. That is where paper pushing jobs are. Congratulations on your bravery to move to Ukraine. But I disagree with you about Putin.
My adult life was in Alaska so Washington seemed to be the Hornets nest to us - that's all I see - no offense to Edward. Putin realistically - He is a Globalist player because Russia is in the business of selling Globalist Natural Resources, Space Technologies, big Agri products and more. He 's not going to be perfect, but he has to juggle more Snakes from the West, while working. than most globalist leaders.
5D coping intensifies... the krimelin is little better than the collectivized west. Russia seems intent on killing itself as it is too cowardly to seize it's destiny... globo homo might fulfill that wish.
The war in EUkraine has turned out the way it is because the Kremlin is so multipolar and completely against the terrorist USEUNATO conglomerate. Pay up, taxcattle, offer your blood and treasure for the actually fair and sovereign multipolar world order. You lack multipolar sovereignty if you can't ackownledge this fact so go get a "vaccine" against your hatred for multipolarity.
By the way, Russia wants to move the UN seat from the USEUNATO conglomerate to the USEUNATO conglomerate to make it truly multipolar:
"Russia lists obstacles to moving UN from New York
Moscow would like to see the organization’s HQ relocated to Switzerland or Austria"
How long has this "war" been going on now? About 2 and a half years, right? Note the durations of the following battles:
The Battle of Stalingrad (17 July 1942 – 2 February 1943) "It was the bloodiest and fiercest battle of the entirety of World War II—and arguably in all of human history"
The Battle of Kursk (5 July 1943 — 23 August 1943) "was the single largest battle in the history of warfare."
I'm no historian, never systematically studied the history of warfare, but someone would need to explain to me why Kiev was not made uninhabitable in the first week in February 2022. Instead of discarding the lives of so many naive young combatants and many innocent civilians in what seems to have been planned as a "permanent war" no different than what the psycho US/UK/NATO mob prefers.
I guess that Strelkov has never made any mistakes in his whole life and pity all those who have in his presence. From here in the UK and from Moscow where my girlfriend is right now, it is night and day. People, including myself are leaving the UK and countries of the EU because it feels like the place is dying and it is becoming more and more difficult for people to survive.
As for the SMO, have mistakes been made? Yes. Are they fatal? No. Whose winning? Russia. Whose losing? The US and its acolytes. Who is the majority of the world outside of the collective west supporting? Russia. Whose economy is doing better? Russia. Who produces graduates more engineers from university? Russia - 23 to US - 7 according to Emmanuel Todd.
If I am winning I am focusing on addressing any issues that I have and further improving my performance. To me Strelkov comes off like someone who would have done very well for himself in the Soviet Union. Always ready to punish others for their mistakes and always ready to forgive his own errors.
Edward and Rolo - if I may be frank, you are creating a "1D Cult" of thinkers limited to your own limited scope conclusions. Never mind that issues are complex and that devil is in the detail and the world is governed by competing interest, and shades of deceptions and aspirations, you still think in terms such as black and white, A or B or Coca Cola or Pepsi anyone. This is American way. Russians do not think linear like that. Russian thinking is matrix thinking. With that in mind consider the following.
1) Putin is a lawyer. He cannot allow illegal PMC to operate in Russia. Wagner was created by GRU and it is FULLY funded by MOD to a tune of $20b sicne 2014, but they are formed to maintain plausible deniability and to operate in Donbas, Syria and Africa – not in Russia and Donbass is considered Russia now. THIS creates a legal issue.
2) The goals cannot be publically disclosed. Putin CANNOT legally and publically say “I am in to take over Ukraine and their statehood”. But, for as long he stays in Donbas and “defends Russians from Kiev’s Nazis genocide”, this is limited in scope, SPECIAL MILITARY OPERATIONS – no matter what Western Lying Media is saying. That's legally "tread the needle". This is why operation needs to stay in Donbass. For now.
3) “Rogue force” not under the control of Russia and MOD can take Kiev. While Russian MOD does “legal work” in South and East – Donetsk, Luhanks, Kherson and Zaporozhia, Wagner can do whatever wagenr wants OUT of Russia. THAT’S the point. If they wanted to act in Donbas, they had to sing the contract and submit under MOD – officially. Unoficialy they were always an iron fist belong to MOD (*GRU to be precise). This is why non-coup “coup”, allowed Putin to wash his hands of Wagner – the PMC. This is why he was OK for Wagner to move to Belorussia. Now, when Wagner amasses tens of thousands of troops, re-train and moves to take Kiev, it is NOT PUTIN who is doing it. But the net effect is the same. In the meantime, all his wealth is under FSB’s wants. If he misperform, he is a dead man walking. (I expect Wagner to start the dance again on August 5.)
4) ROSSIA is a mixed bag comprising of over 300 nationalities. There are hard core nationalist and working class and there is a growing middle class in the European part of Russia, which looks and acts like middle class in EU/US in 1990 and 2000. Russian Middle Class hates inconveniences. The middle class in Moscow and St Petersburg have money and wants branded goods, D&G, Versace, Armani, Rolex, Mercedes and trips to Sen Tropez and Canes. Putin’s non-war war is inconvenient not only for top tire oligarchs who has their yachts in the warm water of the Mediterranean but for mentioned middle class as well. They want non-war war. They wan stigma to end. That’s a conflict right there.
3) AGENCY knows that there is a tension. They know that liberal Moscow and 5th column in Kremlin (liberals) is still there. Knowing how the Agency operates, it is very plausible that they may have offered support and lifting of sanction imposed on Prig. With Kremlin and MOD cutting down his catering (fruits and vegetables) contracts, and him not getting plot of land in St Pete, which he wanted for his daughter, he was pissed. and pissed people yell. That's all. Kremlin insider could have been tempted. CIA denies it. Director Burns called head of SVR after and swore it was not them - Agency was not involved. Serbian President suggested otherwise. Knowing Prigozhin's true source of dissatisfaction, any variance is possible. Shell shortages was just a yelling slogan that worked. Business dissatisfaction was the true cause.
5) 1D cults needs to relax. Everything is working just fine. Ukraine is running out of man. The West is running out of equipment and one after another governments are falling. Surovikin defense line stand and Surovikin, Kim, Shoigu and Gerasimov are going nowhere. New Units armed with best new equipment are finishing training. www.rt.com/russia/579376-shoigu-inspection-contract-soldiers/ U.S. have spent a lot of money and have lost in Ukraine – nothing the West planed worked. To tackle Chine, it will have to end Ukraine, somehow. In two days in Vilnius Biden will offer Israel alike security guarantees to Ukraine. If Russia get its OLD territories, held before Trotsky's GF Lenin changed the border, including Kharikiv and Sumi along with what they took (Donetsk, Luhanks, Zaporozhia, Kherson and Crimea), and no Ukraine in NATO, Putin will be happy. For now. If they delay it, many things will happen and none would be good for used to be Ukraine. This is the truth and a deep reality.

I wanted to write you a detailed comment response, but Substack decided to ask me how long a piece of string was without giving me a ruler to measure.
I've transferred the comment to here. Excuse the lack of formatting and depth, but turning it into a fully fledged article wasn't part of my plans:
https://thedailybeagle.substack.com/p/a-response-to-39-questions-about
thanks for this. More of this kind of dialogue is desperately needed. We should forward your answers to Strelkov for consideration :)
I cannot thank the both of you enough, Edward and Underdog, for your query and response. And are now doing the same to US. Nuland and Blinken both have jewish
roots tracing back to Kiev. Most of the NEOCONS. Same Bolshevik thinking.
igor Girkin aka "Strelkov" is mony hungry troll who sold Slovyansk in 2014 and let Ukrap in. Literally.
Thanks for your article in response.
