To do this, it must match the way America has, or gained, hegemony - through both military power (5D badass army everything is as planned narrative) and resource-extraction/industrial power (Russia has the best military hardware, and more of it than degenerate NATO has!)
With this as the marketing push, I believe that alternative perspectives are kept to the wayside, as they would distract from this winning narrative. In a way, it's more commenting on what the West has lost, than extolling Russia per se.
